The private beach in front of the property was wonderful especially because a few yards away was the public beach and it was incredibly crowded but “our beach” was less crowded making for a great time!

Hello Melanie! Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the private beach access. Having a quieter stretch of sand just steps away really makes a difference, especially compared to the nearby public beach. We're thrilled it helped make your beach days even more relaxing and enjoyable, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

We loved this condo. The views were great with a large patio and 4 chairs so we could all be on the balcony at once. They provided beach chairs, an umbrella and all the beach toys we could ever want. We had a couple of stormy days during our trip, but they had some great moves and family games that entertained us. For us the best part was having access to the golf cart. We went all over the property and had a great time. It also gave us easy access and parking at the Baytowne Wharf. This was our first time staying in a condo and we were spoiled; it will be hard to ever go back to a hotel again. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year coming to this resort and we have a blast every time. The resort is always so clean and well maintained. We’ve stayed in this condo back to back years and love the improvements that have been made. We did have some little critters on day one but the host was quick to resolve the issue. We love having all of the beach toys and also the golf cart to drive to the warf to get ice cream! I would highly recommend anyone stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best trip. The condo is 5 stars. Everything was in perfect condition. Beds weee super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked! Frustrating but by the end of the trip, we got to use it!

Wonderful Stay at Beachside One!

Just returned from our stay at Beachside One, and we could not have had a more pleasurable experience! The property manager was prompt in answering the questions we had before and during the stay, which was very much appreciated. The unit was well-stocked with everything that could possibly be needed for a week at the beach- lots of beach chairs and necessities and a kitchen stocked with all the dishes and cookware you could need. Everything was very clean and well-maintained in this unit. The location was perfect, and the 6-seater golf cart made it very easy to go on an evening ride to Baytowne Wharf and around the resort each day without getting our vehicle out to go every time. Beautiful ocean front views from this 6th floor unit, and it was very convenient taking the elevator down to floor 2 for a straight shot out on the boardwalk to the beach. Highly recommend this unit- we plan to stay again next year!

Great location, ok rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view are great and the golf cart makes getting around super easy. However, the balcony door in the master was broken and marked not to open it ( we prefer listening to the ocean while we sleep). Also our coffee maker didn’t work and we had to call 3+ times, text a picture and wait all day to get a new one. Response time was terrible.
