The condo was very spacious and extremely clean! We particularly enjoyed the beach vibe in all the decor as well. The rental process could not have been easier. In fact it was the simplest check in and check out I have ever experienced!! All the staff there were very friendly and helpful, and the elevators were amazing! We highly recommend this condo for your vacation at Orange Beach!DeLayne

The condo was great!!! The views were to die for!!! Extra spacious with enough room for my part of 6. I would recommend having at least 1 extra trash bag, roll of tissue and roll of paper towel for your guest. Having to go out and buy these things was not on my To do list. It’s suppose to be like a home away from home at home I have these things.

So, I let you check-in a few hours early and I go out of my way to find you a third parking pass and you rate me a 3 star because of only one roll of TP in the 3 bathrooms?? It is standard for a 3 night stay to put one TP in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels. There was more than likely extra TP below bathroom sinks. BTW, not sure what y'all were smoking but it is against the rules to smoke in condos. It took my cleaner a lot to get the smell out.

Beautiful views from large balcony. Pristine beach with available beach umbrella service. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. We felt right at home.

Made lots of memories!

We had an amazing stay! Place was absolutely beautiful with everything we could have possibly needed! All rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The balcony was so relaxing and peaceful for evening hangouts. Absolutely beautiful stay and will be back!!!

Exceptional, beautiful beachfront condo

It was the perfect stay with our three kids and my parents… Beautiful views, easy access to the beach and clean rooms with well-kept grounds. We WILL be back again! Jarrod made everything a breeze!

Great location!

This was a great place and location. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out perfectly. Loved sitting out on the spacious deck every morning having coffee and watching for the dolphins. The grandkids loved it!! Thank you and we will be back!!

Family vacation

Great week's stay. Incredible property, great beach decor theme, very clean. Property is in a great beachfront location where you can easily walk along the beach and grab lunch at CoastAL. Host is very responsive, property management of the Palms is great at keeping the lobby and restrooms clean. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location and would re-book if we come back to Orange Beach! Everything was exactly as advertised. The owner was very attentive to answer any questions we had. The unit was spotless!

Great Week at the beach

We have stayed in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area numerous times and this condo has to be at the top of the list. We are already planning on booking it again for next summer. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location, towards the end of OB, but still close to everything. The beach was perfect and never seemed overly crowded.

Perfect getaway… I own an assisted living and we had a resident that had never been to the beach… So we fulfilled one thing on his bucket list..... swimming in the ocean!

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo for spring break! We had 2 adults and 4 kids age 12-17. It is so clean and well taken care of. The master bed is extremely comfortable. All of the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. You cannot beat the view with the wrap around balcony. The seating options are nice on the balcony too. The condo complex was very quiet and felt very safe. The common areas are well taken care of. A bonus for us this year is that they made improvements to the little gym area. It’s small but has exactly what we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us Jarrod!

Amazing orange beach condo

This condo was exactly as pictured, so spacious and 3 bathrooms was amazing! We spent every morning drinking coffee and watching dolphins! We’ve never seen so many dolphins at any other condo before! Kitchen was stocked and beds were comfy, perfect for my husband and 3 teens! The beach access was so close as well, we will definitely be back or recommend to friends!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was amazing; so quick to answer questions and was wonderful at communicating both before and during the trip. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It’s a breathtaking view. The condo is spotless and fully stocked. The sand on the beach steps nearby is the softest we have ever felt, and the water is crystal clear. Our only small disappointment was that the outdoor pool was not heated (or maybe the heater wasn’t working?) but the inside pool was. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for an awesome week!

4th of July Family Beach Trip 2024

We loved everything about this condo!! There was plenty of room for everyone inside and the balcony was massive. Several of us enjoyed the fireworks down on the beach, while the older folks enjoyed them from our balcony. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!! Jarrod was very professional and easy to deal with. We had zero issues during our stay!!

Beachfront Beauty

This property is amazing! The three bedrooms are very equal, large kitchen, great ocean views, and directly on the beach! This property is perfect for a family or two families to share. Jarrod the owner was great to work with. Any questions I had he was very quick to answer! We will definitely be back!!!! Thanks Jarrod
