Condo was beautiful and clean. Great location. Beach view was wonderful, saw so many dolphins. Kids loved the lazy river and pool.

The condo was very nice, clean, up to date. The host was very easy and forthcoming to work with. We loved the lazy river, and the beach view was excellent. Parking was in a covered parking garage. The only downside was the lazy river can get pretty crowded and there may not be a tube available to use. 10/10 would stay again!

Amazing Ocean Views

First time staying in Orange Beach and we LOVED it. The Condo was perfect and very spacious, it had everything we needed in it. Loved my mornings on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Location was great for food as well, short walk and quick drive to many places. We will definitely stay her again if/when we come back.

Great place to stay in Orange Beach!

We had a great stay. There was lots of space for three couples. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful ocean views. The condo is close to many great restaurants, shops and an awesome bike trail. Larry was very responsive and even helped us locate an additional parking space. We would definitely stay here again!

Vaca 2024

We love the Gulf Shores area. It’s our favorite vacation spot for family. We’ve stayed in a couple Phoenix Buildings. They are always clean and the staff are friendly. We choose our location based on the pools (for the grandchildren) but everything is always great. A little pricy but always a great stay.

Awesome vacation

From the condo to the pools and beach everything was clean and close. Had grand babies with me and so great to keep them entertained with all the different options of pool and beach. Larry who I rented from was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. Will return and recommend to all my friends

Excellent stay

Loved this location! Condo was very neat and clean! Awesome view. Had 6 adults and 1 child. Condo was located right off the elevator /parking garage. Parked on eighth floor and condo was on eighth floor. Would highly recommend! We will definitely use this condo again!

Had a great time

Larry, owner, was awesome to work with. He was available when we had questions. Condo was great and located on the 8th floor which allows you to walk directly from parking garage. Love the complex with the lazy river, pool, and slide. Dont let the elevators scare you. Other then a few peak times the elevators were pretty fast.We hope to be back.

Happy with this property

Well appointed condo. 4th bathroom is a big plus. Kitchen is lacking pantry space. Great amenities-pools, lazy river, gym, tennis. Wine cooler was out of commission. There are many complaints about the elevators but if you avoid check in / out times it’s really fine. Indoor parking is great but it’s important to note there’s a separate fee to park. Also if you need additional parking check with the front desk before you pay to park off site.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The condo is huge, was very clean and Larry was the most responsive host I’ve encountered on VRBO. You cannot beat the beautiful ocean view.

This was an excellently appointed condo, as described. Our family had three generations, and there was plenty for everyone to do. My only other comment is to be sure the bedroom “lights and fan” wall switch is in the “on” position for the bedroom tvs to work. It was a great couple of days until we figured that out!

Superb!

We enjoyed staying here so much! Our group included myself and my husband along with our 3 kids (age 2, 8, and 10) and my parents. The location is perfect! Close to several great restaurants and only a couple miles away from a Walmart. The lazy river was the most amazing, relaxing way to spend the afternoon. The waterside was so much fun for all of us! I highly recommend you stay here. I hope to come back soon!

Beach perfect

Easy checkin. Condo was perfect and very clean. Bedrooms were spacious. The property owner was very nice and listed places to eat and things to see. Will probably rent again next year.

Spacious Cono

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The fourth bathroom/laundry room was a plus. The only complaint is that you are only allowed 2 parking passes per Condo. If you have an additional vehicle you have to find parking off of the premises. The closest we found was 6 miles away at $15/day.

Family BeachTrip

This was a trip with my 89 year old mother, two adult sisters and one adult brother. The condo was very spacious and provided all the beds and bathrooms for our group. Everything was exactly as presented. We had a great experience.

Awesome condo right on the beach! Top notch!

This condo was top notch and PERFECT for our family! It’s spacious, clean, and had beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, dining room, and master bedroom! The unit was perfect. Also, it was so nice to have the lazy river, outside pool, indoor pool, and 2 indoor hot tubs. We were able to park on the same floor as the unit AND there were plenty of carts on the floor to bring in luggage or groceries. Close to multiple groceries as well as restaurants and entertainment. The owner was SO easy to get in contact with and was quick to answer our call and texts. It’s a big building but never felt crowded - elevators were quick, plenty of parking, and plenty of floats for the lazy river!

We love the location and layout of this spacious condo. The parking garage being on the same floor as our condo made it easy to unload luggage.

Beautiful condo.

Clean, well equipped home. Everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Even though it was a short stay, we had a great time. Parking on the same floor was a plus. No waiting on elevators. Communication with Larry was outstanding. He quickly responded to any questions. Hope to stay in this unit again

Ladies Trip

Condo was clean and very spacious, there was plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably, beds were nice, plenty of bathrooms and the lazy river was great. Would definitely come back again.
