Beautiful private courtyard

Host was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic private courtyard Accommodations are basic clean, nothing fancy, but affordable and enjoyable for budget conscious traveler. Ps: about 20 min walk to a beach

La Ventana Casa

We had a great stay here in the shipping containers, it was great for our family of 4. All we needed was included and the house staff and owner were so kind and helpful. Would return.

The Container House

This is a very different kind of house. It took us a few days to get used to it but now we don't want to leave. We love it! Joe, the property manager is awesome and the communication with Aaron has been excellent. We will be back.

Amazing experience!

Great location. The property had everything we needed. Unique house. Suggest reading a book in the loft and pausing to take in views of the sea. Can’t say enough about the excellent communication with owner and property manager. Thanks! We look forward to returning. Charles and Phaedra

Great house. Great patio. Well stocked kitchen with good cookware. Nice the owner has coolers and Tupperware to use for your day at the beach.

Baja Paradise

We had a lovely stay at this very beautiful property with amazing sunrises over the bay of La Ventana and sunsets over the mountains! The home is super unique and well thought out. We enjoyed all the local restaurants around town.

Great stay at Casa Della Container

Both Joe and Aaron were very accommodating. Place was super homey and well equipped with household supplies, towels etc. Great patio with your own “bean bag” game and beautiful plants. Great wifi, lots of hot water and pressure. Highly recommended. Place was very fun!

Paradise Found

As we have always been interested in the container home concept, when we found Casa Cajita we had to try it. The location is perfect- up on the slope in the middle of Ventana, close enough to walk to the market and coffee shop in 10 minutes, Beach in 15. But far enough that there is no traffic or noise. Tranquility! The patio is spacious and spectacular, surrounded by Baja plants, well cared for. The eating area easily seated 10 of us for dinner one night. The view in the daylight is of the bay, for 180 degrees! The interior of the house is very well designed, with lots of space, exceptional kitchen prep area, high ceiling above the kitchen, a large bathroom and shower and an outdoor shower too!. Comfortable bed downstairs. Lots of cupboards for clothes. Our favourite part of the house is the loft. Up the narrow stairs, and with a low ceiling, the loft bedroom is THE secret spot of the house. Million dollar uninterrupted view, especially of sun rise over the bay. The warm and gentle breeze passes through the large windows and over the bed. It’s as close to sleeping under the stars without being outside. To us the loft will be our #1 memory of the week in the Casa. Sad to go, but we will be back. Soon!
