Thank you Bobbi for the stay. The most difficult part in your reservation is that we informed you that check-in was at 4:00 p.m. This is indicated on the listing. We had a guest checking-out at 11:00 a.m. and you showed up at 12:00 p.m. requesting to check-in early. We kindly informed you the cleaners will need the time to clean. Staying and waiting is unfair to the cleaners and continually hurrying her and asking if she is finished is not only impolite, but no one deserves to have someone hovering over them to complete a job. Patience is a virtue. In response to your hasty messages as you ushered the cleaners on her way, we stayed professional and responsive. We requested the cleaner to return to the home to address any issues you mentioned. The cleaner was apprehensive to return, especially after your initial meeting was so abrasive. As any professional, she returned only to have you turn her away and slam the door on her. Further note, we have zero control of what the neighbors have scheduled. Nor would any neighbor reach out and ask for permission to complete their own roof. People live their lives whether others are on vacation or not. Providing your feedback to something that we had no control over is really forthcoming in your self entitled nature. Over the years we have strived to be Premier hosts and hopefully our many reviews have reflected that. As hosts we will ALWAYS send a cleaner back to remedy any issues should their cleaning not match a guest's standards or ours. Please note that check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and should the cleaners finish we will always inform guests of the availability of an early check-in. Please help us be kind to the cleaners by not showing up early only to pressure them to hurry and waiting for them to finish. Please be kind the the neighbors that needed to fix a hole in their roof. We will always stay professional and responsive. Thank you again for the stay. Best Regards
