Great viewsHot tub was greatQueen beds are more like full sizeIt takes a good 24hrs to warm up the house if you don’t start a fire right away, butwood fireplace is great with a good supply of well seasoned split logs. Sound system is a nice feature. Note- 3 of the upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.

Our family of 16 members had a wonderful conference and gathering of spirits. The hot tub was fantastic.Not use the pool, but aware of it, enjoy the outdoor space when not raining as well as the visit visits of various wildlife. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The property was what we wanted and expected. We made a couple of requests to the hosts and they responded quickly. Our entire group had a lot of fun. It was the retreat we were hoping for.

House was as shown in pics. Very roomy!! No AC in house but was able to keep mostly cool by opening windows. Lots of instructions but very clear. Enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay! Our family reunion included 14 adults and a baby, and the house was perfect for our large group. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved having plenty of room to gather together while still having space to spread out. The location was beautiful and convenient for all of our Colorado adventures. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again!

This property was amazing. Normal our group of guys disappear into town during our trip but not this year. We spent the entire trip golfing or at the house. Being isolated is perfect for a group out.

The house was big enough for our reunion needs. The communication was great. There are a lot of rules but we managed them. I sent some communications from when we first got there regarding broken items and such. There was some fire alarm challenges 2 nights. They did send the handyman out after the first night but didn't resolve the problem. The second night they went off one of our family members made it his mission to figure it out and he did. An unknown smoke alarm in the garage. I would say that the whole house could use a really good deep cleaning. If you didn't look to close the surface stuff was clean.

Allison and David have a lovely property! We had the best Thanksgiving ever! Well stocked and large kitchen to accommodate all! Pool, hot tub, swing set, wood burning fireplace, bunk beds and game room, who could ask for more! So homey in the gorgeous setting of the Black Forest and overlooking Pikes Peak! So blessed they share this dream home with others!

Fun weekend in the springs

The stay here was great! Property managers were quick and very helpful when we needed something, very friendly, communicated promptly, and flexible when needing a different check in/our time. Definitely would go back!

Amazing getaway with Peak views

This was a beautiful getaway off the beaten path. You’ll find everything you need including some neat extras like an indoor lap pool!!! The outdoor fire pit was also amazing. Truly an amazing stay

Family vacation

We all loved the view and the peace and quiet. .........the children especially enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hottub,but there seemed to be a shortage of towels. Over all our stay was most enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality.
