Amazing Condo

Condo was great. Had everything we needed plus extras. Everything was clean when we checked in. Ned’s were very comfortable. We had no issues and great communication with the owner. Would love to stay here again.

The rental unit was clean and up to date. The reason we are unhappy with are stay is because of the elevator situation. There are three elevators for this building. One was down for renovation. Not sure why you would do that during the busy season. A second elevator stopped working on Saturday afternoon at about 3 o’clock. Check in time is a 4 o’clock as you can only imagine the scene in the lobby. Families waiting an hour to get up to there units. The second elevator did not come back online till Monday afternoon. The second elevator continued to stop working multiple times during the remainder for the week.

A fine place to stay

Aside from a lingering sour smell the condo is as advertised. Pinnacle Port is in need of some upgrades, however it did not prevent us from having a great vacation.

Clean and fantastic condo!

Our family had an awesome stay at this beautiful and clean condo. We really enjoyed the up to date finishes and hearing the waves at night. Parking is right next to the beach so no long walk to the car with beach gear. Host always responded within minutes to any questions we had. We are a family of four and would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering it.

Perfect stay

Location AMAZING! Condo so cute & decorated, the balcony offered a beautiful morning view of blue waters, dolphins and white sands. Went to Panama City for the pier and many many stores! Also went to Rose Mary Beach, shops are nice but over priced and lots of traffic! I think the location was par none. Tony & Janet are great tenants and quick to answer anything. My 13 year old girls enjoyed the indoor pool on a cloudy morning but quickly came to beach and played volleyball with large groups of teens.. they had a blast waking a collecting many shells and sand castle contest! Tony, thank you for the beach accessory’s ( chairs & large umbrella ) saves money! Thank you for a terrific stay! We will be back

Perfect Beach Getaway

Very nice condo, clean and well stocked. Wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset. The A/C worked great but if you like to sleep with a fan make sure to pack one, there are not fans in the bedrooms. Tony was helpful and very responsive during our entire stay. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for hosting us!!

Great Low Key Stay

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was great as it was away from the crowds of both PCB and 30A. The beach wasn’t crowded and there was ample space for everyone. The pool served as a nice break from the sun with kids. I would certainly stay here again!

Nice place

The unit is nice. The overall building is old and smaller than others we have stayed. Beach is as close as you can get. Tennis and pickleball were nice to have on site.

Great owners, nice unit

If owner has another property, I'd rent from him in a heartbeat. Really great people who take care of their place. The building itself is not quite what we anticipated, but the unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable with incredible views. And the proximity to the beach and to 30a and PCB was great.

Beautiful beach condo

This condo is beautifully renovated and made for a wonderful extended weekend away with friends. Beds were comfortable, decor was very nice and beachy. Enjoyed that the space was clean and not cluttered. The building it’s self is dated, but is typical of a older beach condo. Location was great and right on the beach. The view from both sides of the condo is great and we enjoyed relaxing on the quaint balcony. Communication with host was smooth and timely. Highly recommend this condo for a wonderful vacation!

Pursuing our dream of having a beach home, we purchased a condo in Pinnacle Port in west Panama City Beach, FL in January of 2018. We love our condo’s location - breathtaking views from every window and balcony of the beach, extremely close to all of the wonderful 30A restaurants, close enough to Panama City Beach for the convenient amenities but far enough to avoid the over crowded beaches, the security of a gated entrance to the resort, the many amenities available at Pinnacle Port, and the beautiful white beach just outside of the building’s back door!
