Benvenuti in Ocean House 1701! Questo fantastico condominio è situato nel cuore di Gulf Shores su West Beach Blvd. Comodo per un sacco di attrazioni shopping, ristoranti e divertimento!

Questo grande 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni è il condominio perfetto per tutta la famiglia. Due master suite, entrambe con accesso al balcone rendono questo condominio estremamente raro. Il re padrone di fronte ha un balcone a nord con una splendida vista sulla laguna, dispone di un letto king size con schienale attaccato. La camera da letto principale del golfo ha un'incredibile vista sul golfo dal balcone e vasca da bagno jolly e jill allegata. La terza camera ha due letti singoli e bagno annesso. Questo è il posto perfetto per te e la famiglia per venire a rilassarsi e distendersi.

Le prenotazioni effettuate prima del 1 ° ottobre per la stagione invernale (gennaio e febbraio) richiedono un minimo di 60 giorni (due mesi). The property sits on the beach. You can walk out the pool area onto the beach. I loved that feature the most. It has only one elevator but the wait wasn’t too bad. Overall I enjoyed the stay would just say bring things like extra toiletries and trash bags.

Loved the location a lot with it being right on the beach and the awesome gulf view from the balcony. The rooms were roomy and our family of four had plenty of room. The only criticism I have is the room wasn’t perfectly clean upon arrival, there was a few hairs in the master bedroom sink and the twin room sink. There was also a used hypodermic (it looked like an insulin type injection) in the master bedrooms dresser drawer. The unit could use some updates to the fixtures i.e. the shower heads are pretty old and worn, and the toilets are all the short and round bowls which aren’t comfortable for men to use. I know on a beach with the high humidity it can be hard to maintain but the caulking around the tubs and showers is cracked out pretty bad in areas. All in all though, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Perfect for families

Perfect amount of space for our family. Loved having the bathrooms in each room. The balcony views were amazing. Would stay here again if we go back to Gulf Shores.

Quick Beach Trip

Older unit but perfect for our needs. Very roomy, and slept 5 perfectly. 3 bathrooms also a big help. Never a problem parking and Elevator was very fast. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was really clean and right on the beach. Great place for a family to stay. Kitchen fully equipped with dishes and everything you need. The front bedroom was bright all night long from the outside lights and needs blackout curtains. Also, until we arrived, we didn't know there is a fee for a parking pass.

Excellent location

This is an excellent location! It isn't updates, but it was clean. The balcony is a perfect level to watch sunrises, beach storms, and the waves. You will have easy pool/beach access is perfect for all travelers. You do need to pack spices, trash bags (only one provided), and other basics.
