Surf Side Shores #1906 is an west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 9TH floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. Sleeps 8. 21 year age limit to rent.

May 2022: The condo now has 2 king beds and 1 queen.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Quality family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 adults and 3 littles - Everything was as well-done as it could be. Starting with several weeks prior to our arrival and after we left. There was a good amount of communication throughout. The check in/check out process was very easy. The condo itself was perfect for us. Great view, great location, and will certainly review this option the next time we visit.

Great getaway

Overall I would recommend this property. It was so cute and quaint but still plenty of room. I love the fact that each room has its own bathroom. It makes everyone getting ready for dinner at the same time much easier. A great surprise was how short the walk was from the building’s pool area to the beach. It’s literally a few steps! I would definitely stay here again!
