Great House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend this beach house. Very neat and taken care of property. One story floor plan was convenient for older family members. Kitchen was very spacious with simple appliances. (Some houses have fancy appliances that no one can use.) Screened in porch was a plus. Overall - neat, clean, and comfortable.

Family Beach Vacation

The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. From the kitchen to the beach toys! We were so close to the beach. We also enjoyed the screened porch, we had some dolphins put on a show for us one day. We would definitely rent again!!!

Family Vacation Perfection

Out of all of the houses we’ve stayed in for our yearly beach vacation, this one was my favorite by far! The owners have truly thought of everything, and I didn’t find a single thing that I wished we had that wasn’t there. It was also a really cute house and super clean! Loved everything about it, and the screened in back porch was a big plus! Can’t say enough good things!!

Great place for family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was amazing! The beach was right out the back door! Beds were very comfortable. Was clean when we arrived. Only thing no cabinet space for our food, the were full of dishes which is a good thing it was stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beach was not crowded and great quite place for our family. Would definitely stay here again without question.

Excellent rental and management

The house was in great condition for its age, very clean, very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the location - RIGHT on the beach. Easy drive into town for restaurants, etc. Management was very professional. There were some items in the home that needed attention. The management was made aware at our checkout process, and told us they would refer these issues to the maintenance team. I'm confident they will do so. The items were small, and did not keep us from fully enjoying our vacation experience. Highly recommend this property and the management team.

Great Beach Vacation Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in excellent location for a beach trip with young children. Very short walk on beach access boardwalk to the sand. House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, bowls, etc. Kitchen/Family room was very large and beautiful windows overlooking the beach. We were very happy with the house's location. In a very quiet residential area. We will definitely rent this house if we return to this area in the future.

Pensacola Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was absolutely perfect. It is well taken care of, everything worked. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. My favorite part was the screened in deck. We spent many hours out there listening to the ocean. So relaxing. The location is good. Beach was not terribly crowded because of double red flags almost everyday we were there, never happened to us in 41 years of going. I would definitely rent this property again. Parking at this property is wonderful, very spacious.

This is a wonderful home with wonderful views the proximity to the beach is perfect. We were there for the blue angels and it was fantastic family fun. We have stayed in Pensacola for the Blue Angels three times now this has been our favorite property. We will be back. The 5Duvals

Amazing views, beautiful beach only steps from the house, kayaks, bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels.... Everything you'd need for a great stay without having to rent it from somewhere else! Home was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Had all of the amenities you'd need. We will definitely stay here again!

We had our daughter and her family plus another grandson with us and not one time were we on top of each other in this spacious house. Plus the beach was just a few steps away. And what a beautiful beach it was! We had beautiful weather, it was a picture perfect week. We will be back, that is for sure. No complaints here. Not. One.

Great home and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in this house and it was perfect! It accommodates us really well! We have reserved it again for next year. The only problem we had were the Adirondack chairs on the back porch. They are a little flimsy. One was cracked and one collapsed while a family member was sitting in it.

Has a small backyard, which was a pleasant surprise. Loved the bikes and having an umbrella, chairs, & toys available for the beach. Home is next door to small condo unit and public walkway.
