Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous. The only struggle we had at the property was with the oven and thermostats that were very computerized and hard to understand and work. I would recommend that the property owner leave working and control instructions.

Beautiful propert

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely unit. High-end finishes. Great beach access. Electronics a bit complicated. Couple maintenance needs, but nothing that required immediate attention. Just minor inconveniences, like ice make not working; microwave cabinet door would not stay up / open. Perfect for families. Management office very attentive. Townhouse, so close to neighbors. But would stay here again. Truly lovely all around.

Family Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation. The property was very clean, well furnished, and located directly on the beach. Decor was high end. The electrical system was also high end and a bit complex. It took a day or so to learn. Some switches (dining table light, auto LR curtains, LR ceiling fan) did not work. The geo thermal air unit stopped cooling after reg.business hours. The emergency contact at PBH (Brenda) maintained good communication and had the repairman there in a timely manner. The air conditioner was back up and running within an hour of his arrival. My family appreciated Brenda working with us which meant we were able to sleep in a cool condo. The close proximity to the beach was very convenient with small children and lots of beach gear. Overall our stay was very pleasant and would consider this condo on a return trip to Pensacola.
Risposta di VrboOwner, il giorno 24 lug 2025
Thank you for the detailed review. We're glad the townhome’s cleanliness, furnishings, and beachfront location made for a great family vacation. We appreciate your patience with the electrical system and are happy to hear Brenda was able to respond quickly when the AC issue came up. We’ll take a closer look at the switches you mentioned to make sure everything is working as it should. We would love to welcome you back on your next trip to Pensacola Beach. Paradise Beach Homes

The location was fantastic and the property was well-maintained. It may have been helpful to have a guide on how to use some the electronically controlled devices and appliances. Some of the lights did not work, the light above the table was missing, and the curtains and fan in the living area did not work. We loved the fans in the bedrooms! The bathtubs did not hold water on the first night, but this was addressed the next day by the property manager. There is no usable closet space or television in the master bedroom, but there was a "man cave" surprise. The garage space was awesome as was the beach items available for use. Overall, I would definitely recommend the property.
