This is my second stay at this property and hopefully not the last! It is conveniently located to local restaurants but not in a high traffic or highly "touristy" area. The beach is wide and beautiful. The condo is well-appointed and clean. The community fire pit and kayaks are a nice feature as well. Very private and quiet. Can't beat the sunsets!

We loved our stay. It does face the back water but you can’t really see it due to the complex across the street. We spent most of our time on the beach so it didn’t really bother us. The back screened in porch was great when we wanted an outside view. The place was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It’s a great location. It’s on the quieter stretch of road but close enough to restaurants and shopping. Booking, check-in, and other communication was easy. They even sent a list of local recommendations for food, shopping, and other experiences. We had a great time!

Amazing!

We loved everything about our stay. The beautifully decorated clean well appointed Vrbo was amazing. Love the proximity to the beach and the availability of chairs and kayaks were wonderful. Definitely would stay here again!

We were pleased with the ease of the check in process and communication. We appreciated the amenities that came with the rentals. The washer and dryer, the full kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans and TVs (I know not a big deal on a normal vacation but it was nice to have a big TV to watch the Final Four). It was great to have access to kayaks, beach toys, towels, and the beach canopy as well and because of our situation we couldn’t use the fire pit but otherwise we would have taken advantage. The location of the property was excellent as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful Stay at Piper Run

We had a lovely time at David & Sherri’s place! Everything was just as they described, eve location was perfect, they have everything and anything you could need for the beach! Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great stay

The condo was great. Super location right on the beach. All of the amenities we needed. The host had everything needed. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful and well kept home with us. It was exactly what we needed! The space is well appointed and very clean. The location is perfect! The beach is truly steps away. There is no public beach access close by so it is much less crowded than other spots in Indian Shores. You can walk across the street for some truly delicious ice cream or down a few blocks for great casual food. We rented beach chairs and a wagon from Green Iguana just a couple blocks down the road. The host gave us a list of local restaurants/bakeries/coffee shops and attractions. Can’t wait to come back!
