Me and my family have stayed here a couple times. We love the private beach, extremely clean condo, and beach accessories. We are never disappointed. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Great location and property! It was great to stay on gulf side, with an easy walk to the beach! There are great views of the gulf from every window and balcony in the condo. Loved having morning coffee out on the balcony and sitting outside in the evening from the master balcony to view sunset and look at the stars! Condo was open and spacious and all essentials you needed for a trip were available - great beach gear and great essential kitchen items. We would recommend this location and would stay here again! There are alot of steps to get into the property which was not an issue for us but may be for some.

Our family had the most incredible trip! The location was perfect for daily beach trips with our two littles and the house was exactly as described and shown. We made so many lovely memories and really enjoyed our time. The beach supplies were very useful and a great addition! Thank you!

Well equipped, very clean, owners very responsive. Very nice condo. One row back from the beach. Gave four stars only because it is 27 steps to unit which can be an issue for some folks.

The condo is wonderful!! Beautiful and updated nicely. The bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. So much so that we messaged Mike to see what brand it was. Excellent views and very easy access to the beach. We will be back! The only note I’d have is that the master needs thicker curtains as the neighbors can probably see in at night if you have your lights on in the room. Not a huge deal. Wonderful stay!

Lovely Home & Location

We were struck by how clean everything was when we arrived. Anything we could have wanted was already available in the rental, and the location was superb. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

This is our 5th year staying here and it’s always an amazing time. Has all the beach amenities you need. Close to everything. Super clean and right on the beach! Only thing is the bunk beds seemed a little wobbly this year around but no complaints otherwise!

The only thing I can say is the listing should make renters aware of the number of stairs. There are stairs to get into the unit and there are stairs to get to the bedrooms. That could be difficult for some renters.

Perfect family beach vacation

This was the perfect place for us to enjoy a quiet family beach vacation. The location couldn't have been better. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy a low-key beach getaway.

Perfect Stay

The condo was the perfect place for our stay. Our boys loved being able to access the beach just a few steps away and enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds. The condo itself was exactly what we were looking for, it had enough room to relax as well and sleep, with the bonus of having a closet filled with beach toys and chairs which came in handy. We have already discussed coming back again next year!

Summer trip

We had a great time, the condo was great. No need to bring anything, just your clothes. Plenty of utensils to cook with, plenty of beach stuff for the beach!

Lovely, relaxing experience in beautifully maintained condo

The condo was thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We especially liked having the wonderful beach just a few short steps away. The condo was very comfortable and attractively furnished. All in all we had a wonderful stay and found our hosts very congenial. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Great Stay, Great Place

Just as advertised, this place was clean and well stocked with essentials. The beach closet was brimming with chairs, bikes, and a variety of fun beach stuff. The location is perfect. A few steps from the white sandy beach, short walk to Caddy’s Restaurant, and easy drive to several great eateries. Don’t miss the Frog Pond breakfast. Our hosts were attentive and our family’s stay—unforgettable.

Great beach house

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher, and they had it fixed right away with no hassle. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
