This house was great for 2 couples with a boat. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location right on Coco Bay. There is a private path cut through the vegetation leading down to the bay so you can walk the beach and feed the turtles/sting rays. The dock has deep water and is big enough to park two 30ft boats. House is well appointed with a stocked kitchen and towels. Washer/dryer was available for us for our 1 week stay. Marg was very responsive and helped to fix the generator and AC when we had issues. Grill was nice for cooking our fresh lobster and fish on the patio with views of the bay.

This place is incredible. The views take your breath away. The private dock right outside the back door is a huge plus! Out the back door and right on the boat. Can’t decide what’s more stunning - the sunrises or sunsets. 2nd time at this property and counting days till we visit for a third time…

Outstanding stay at Coco Point Cottage. Margaret met us at the ferry drop off and from there, it was smooth sailing. The home is well equipped and very comfortable with stunning views. We loved being walking distance (extremely short walking distance) to Coco bay. We didn’t have a boat but appreciate how nice it would be to use the dock too. Having the guest cottage was a plus too so we could have a little more space. Highly recommend this rental! We are already planning our trip for next year!! Thank you, Joe!

Great Week at Green Turtle Cay

Loved the location of this house with the great dock just steps away. The views are spectacular and the house was perfect for our party of 4.

GTC vacay

Coco Point Cottage is in an amazing spot right on the water with perfect dock for our rental boat and views of Coco Bay. Comfortable beds and accommodations. Plenty of room for everyone and good water pressure in the showers(other homes we’ve stayed in we weren’t so lucky so this was a big plus). This was a great vacation spot.

Great spot if you are traveling with a boat!!

This property was great for our family. Our young adult daughter and friend loved the smaller cottage. The swimming right off the dock was great. The turtles and stingrays are always hanging out on the beach. House was clean and had all we needed. Thanks for a great week on GT!

Wedding week getaway

We had a great time on Green Turtle! The rental was perfect for two couples. We fed turtles and rays in Coco Bay and relaxed with a cold Kalik off the back porch. The house was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend staying at Coco Point cottage for your next trip to Green Turtle Cay!

Perfect location with great Dockage .

Beautiful house with great views and deep water dockage. We traveled over from Florida by boat and arrived to find this beautiful house located in a protected bay with great views. The location is one of the best on the island if you have a boat. Property manager and owners we’re great to work with. Definitely would rent this property again.

Best Location on the Island

Coco Point Cottage is our favorite place to stay on Green Turtle Cay! We love the large private dock and being on Coco Bay with the sea turtles and stingrays. The cottage is also close to two of our favorite restaurants, the Green Turtle Club and The Boathouse. Margaret the property manager is wonderful and Joe the homeowner is very responsive and great to work with. We cant wait to return!

This house on GTC has it all! The house is well equipped throughout. We grilled steaks, made breakfast & even made our own fish that we caught (went out with Eddie the Rock). We also enjoyed out to eat meals at Bluff House & Wrecking Tree. This house is situated 15yds from a beautiful beach and very near an area that people come to from miles away to feed turtles and rays. This house has a deep water dock that we were able to keep our rented skiff tied to (got it at Donny’s, highly recommended). The house has a beautiful deck and is spacious inside for 2 couples. Our golf cart (Lowe Cay Carts highly recommend) took us to many other beaches and into town (about 15mins). We would definitely stay here again when we return.

Pictures don't do it just, it's more beautiful! Very clean comfortable house with tons of fish by the dock. We hope we'll be able to return, only downside, this property rents out fast!

Great

Location is great! Very convenient if you own a boat to run around the north cut to the ocean. I have a 28’ center console and it would fit much bigger. Safe and protected, even had water. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach with turtles and rays to pet. I would stay here again.
