Bahama House is a perfect waterfront location. House has everything you’ll need for a perfect GTC vacation. The host Allison is very responsive and the contacts on GTC were very quick to respond and helpful in every way.

The only thing that would make the house better for us is a private dock. The house was spacious and beautiful. Coco Bay is awesome.

Beautiful home with the best views. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Everything you could need at a vacation property.

Perfect size, perfect setting

We have stayed in Green Turtle many times. This home was absolutely perfect for us because of size and location. It had all the little extras that made it a great vacation. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location and comfortable home. Great host and local concierge service. The nearby public dock worked great for our rental boat.

Incredible home and location

The home is beautiful and was fully stocked with everything we needed, plus some. The location is incredible and the service and support provides by property management was perfect.

Coco Bay

This was a great property for all of our needs and a very convenient location to Green Turtle Club. We stayed very comfortably and enjoyed the bay and views. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Green Turtle Cay.

Just what we needed

We planned a relaxing vacation with family and this home helped to facilitate that. The hosts were very informative and helpful. The home was clean and well stocked with a full kitchen.

Fabulous house!

We loved the house & location. Will definitely stay here again! I think the house is best suited to adults and older children because there is a lot of glass! It’s just beautiful and in great condition!

great again as expected

we have been to the island several times and stayed at the Bahama house 2 times for 2 weeks each. The location is perfect, and the house is in great shape. plenty of swimming, sea life and of course rum punch make this a great island get away, enjoy.

Great place all the way around.

Home is clean, in good condition and has all the items you would expect to need. Great location, great communication and help from caretakers. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great vacation

House was in a great location and well stocked and very clean and nice. Communication with Peggy was so nice and helpful and also Leslie took care of us getting settled in and helping us. We will definitely be back. Love this island and also this house.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at the Bahama house! The beach is right outside. The view from the house is amazing. And if you walk down to the dock you’ll see turtles and stingrays. The house has just about every equipment/water toys you’ll need to have a fun day at the beach. And the management team is super helpful with providing information on how to get there and planning of the trip.

Bahama House August Stay

Great property and location! Any Abaco vacation has certain obstacles, such as traveling in thunderstorms, power outages and surges (affect appliances), Noseeum bugs, etc. However, we had a really nice stay at Bahama House.

Best house on the island!

This is my 8th year staying on Green Turtle and the Bahama House is by far the best house on the island! The house is beautiful and spacious and easily accommodated my family and friends. The location is perfect on Coco Bay, and I was able to keep my boat at the public dock. Can't wait to come back next summer!

Beautiful house, elegant furnishing, tranquil Coco Bay.

The title says it all. We have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals all over the world in the last few years. The Bahama House on Coco Bay is as good as they get.
