Tranquil One Acre Estate On The Beach - Tramonti !!! Tariffe di gruppo.

Hi , thanks for taking the time to review your stay. I will pass the message along to Jose. You guys definitely made the most of your stay! I will pass on your compliments to Jose. . Hopefully see you again. You are great guests!

Thanks for the review Stephanie. I did not have a chance to meet you, but hopefully in the future you’re back again. Jose and Channin said that you were wonderful guests!

Hi Stephen, I am so happy you loved Casa Cowee on your second trip. You were there the first year I bought it and we have improved so much since but also keeping the rustic beach vibe. We can't wait for your wonderful family's return. Cheers, Suzanne

Hi Ronald, thanks for taking the time to do a review and I’m glad you were so happy with the property. We don’t get very many last Minute bookings. I’m so happy you got out fishing. It sounds like you made the most out of your short stay! But really you couldn’t get a better place because almost everything that you want to do is right out your door! Hopefully, we see you and your family back. Cheers Suzanne

Hi Susan, We are so happy you really enjoyed your stay at Casa Cowee. Nine days is better than 7 that is for sure but still the island deserves more. I was there all of January and the property after 4 years is definitely showing well under the care of wonderful Jose and the manager's Channin and Kim. I am so fortunate. We would love to have you back again in the future. The low season May to Sept is an excellent time to come down also. That is when the island is in full bloom and is a bit quieter even on Sandy Bay but it really slows down at West End so you become one of the locals LOL. All the Best and thanks for being our guests. Suzanne

Thanks for taking the time to review your stay. We would love to have you back again. We have been working on updating the property since I bought it in 2013. There was a lot of catching up to do. The bath and the kitchen are slated for updates but I am finding it hard to get the right design to not take away the rustic island feel of the house. Right now we are on our dock project and hope to have a ladder that can be lifted. We did have stairs but that just encouraged it to be the most popular spot on the beach. That is why I suggest people bring swimming shoes until the dock reno was complete. The good thing is everyone of our guests who returns can expect things to get better and better. I will ask Channin what was wrong with the shower as I have not heard there was a problem at all. We did have to install a new toilet though. Hope to have you back. Everyone enjoyed your stay. Cheers, Suzanne

Thanks Michelle, I’m so happy we met your expectations and more. You were fantastic guests. We would all like to have you back! I love it when people spend the time exploring what is right around us like the 4 of you did. Hopefully we see you again next year! Glad you were able to enjoy the new renovations and the new attached pool! All the best! Suzanne, Jose and Channin

Hey Kory, Thanks for the fantastic review! I know how much it meant to you that this was the best time for your wife and you. Casa Cowee seems meets all things, walkability, on the beach, quiet safe lagoon and reef out front. Walk to your diving and yet close enough to party in West End. We all hope you come back in the future. You were great guests. Suzanne

Thanks so much Colleen for the wonderful review. We are so delighted that you enjoyed your stay. Next time we would love to see your fantastic family back again and stay longer.! It was a perfect fit! And the new attached pool will be complete. Today actually. I’ll send pics. Thanks for breaking in the new kitchen. Cheers Suzanne

Casa Cowee is an island house built for nature lovers who love hammocks and enjoy the strong breeze off the water and outdoor, active living (as clear in the listing) Your decision to move was yours. According to our cameras, you were on the property a total of 45 minutes 25 minutes with Kemberlee our property manager and Jose showing you through a pristine house and Casita with great pride and no notice of any ants big or small. The only thing mentioned was the AC . You immediately left for dinner down the beach and on your return you phoned me telling me of a massive invasion of microscopic ants and demanded your money back. In minutes Kem and Jose were back and found one orange ant in the house. How could that be, an infestation shows up in your hour absence then disappear. The five or six cats ? Well, actually are only three and are neutered and very well maintained working outdoor cats who keep the property rodent free. The youngest has also assigned himself as a greeter. That is the one you met. The other two keep to themselves. To the comments about rats, you were looking at our Agoutis (no tails) who also have a place on our eco-friendly property. They also work for us cleaning up ground fruit from trees, which prevents rats from coming on. Our geckoes eat all the mosquitoes and flies to keep you bug free in a natural way. Ants, normally outside the house, also work for us. In the jungle, they serve as scavengers and are vital to our ecosystem. The guests currently in, with 4 kids (on AirBnb) don’t have any issues along with the people that were in the house before you. And All before that. Maybe heading to an Eco property on a jungle island, situated by a real island neighborhood and a property run by real native islanders with native critters running around is not your cup of tea. May I suggest reading the Reviews and the write up a little closer to save $s . There’s no way we could put AC through that whole house. You can clearly see in the pics it is in wide open for natural air! It’s too bad the villa you went to was terrible and ruined your trip. Suzanne Sent from my iPhone

Hi Bob and Ruthie, Thanks so much for the fantastic review. You two were so excited to get there I sometimes worry that it will not meet your year long dreams but it did Plus! All beaches are public on the Bay Isles. I have not had a beach party there in the 3 yrs. I have been there (other than mine) LOL and I know it is hard to move people off who are just having a nice time with live music to boot. Just so you know next time they can be moved on with no problems. Channin, Kemberley and Jose told me to make sure you guys come back as they thoroughly enjoyed your stay. Thanks for making them feel as special as they are. Talk soon Suzanne

Thanks Beth for taking the time to write such an extensive review. We are so happy it was great for such a wide age range of guests. It was also a delight to meet you! We are really hoping that all of you can come back again soon. Cheers Suzanne

What a wonderful review Jeremy. Your description brings it all home. Everyone enjoyed having your family and are truly hoping you do make it back in the future. Maybe next time we will meet!

Thanks for taking the time Melinda. We would love to have you and your family back. Glad you enjoyed your short stay. Your whole family was super nice. Cheers Suzanne, Channin, Jose and Fabi

Great to hear your new adventure with your family was a success! Jose said you were a wonderful family and talks a lot about your Mom. It sounds like everyone had lots to do and space on the property for R & R. You were fantastic guests and would love to have you back soon. Thanks for taking time to review! Cheers Suzanne

Thanks so much for the detailed review which helps to understand Casa Cowee. I wasn’t here for your stay but heard you were wonderful guests and when I met you on your arrival I knew your active family would love it. I will check the listing and make it more clear the beach on the islands belong to the public. I will pass on your great comments to Jose and Channin. Hope to see you back.! Cheers Suzanne

Thanks for taking the time Mark for the wonderful review! The stars aligned as I had just opened up the listing because of a change in plans and there you were. We were the lucky ones! I have to agree “The Atmosphere Abounds” every day you wake up to this real island Paradise. Jose, Kemberlee and Channin really enjoyed having you stay. I was happy to meet all of you at least once. We would love it if you would return. Cheers Suzanne

Thanks for the great review Anne. We are so happy you found Casa Cowee to spend such rare time with your adult kids. It is the perfect spot as it really slows you down without even knowing it is happening. It seems like time is waiting for you for a change, Channin, Kim and Jose were delighted with your family and want you back again. Channin phoned this a.m. with the news of a new arrival to their family in about 7 months! So exciting. Cheers, Suzanne

Thanks Kim and Ronnie for the wonderful review. I could not have described it better! The staff will be so happy to see your review after your month long stay. I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet you before I left. A great send off. As far as we are concerned you can call Casa Cowee your second home. Love to have you back! Cheers Suzanne

Thanks Bob for taking such time to review Casa Cowee. Very accurate description good and some things to expect. Christmas season yes is extremely busy on the island and the kid’s summer holiday is two months December Jan. So activity is high. Lots of fireworks also. The cruise ships have recently been promoting ATV tours which we are all hoping they ban soon. Too slow on the roads and a real nuisance on beaches. Very dangerous also. Spring summer is fantastic, less traffic all over and everything is in full bloom and kids are in school. The pool area is like a quiet oasis. We actually moved some of the large palms to get more sun in the water and it is perfect temp now. I didn’t really get to meet you much but you certainly kept busy! We would love to have you back some day. Cheers Suzanne
