Ti piacerà molto passare le tue giornate rilassandoti a bordo piscina, a paddleboarding nella calma baia, o portando la tua attrezzatura da snorkeling nei kayak per esplorare la barriera corallina appena al largo.

We cannot say enough about this beautiful house, everything was just how it looks in the pictures. We had our family of 11 all adult couples all with our own private spaces pool was amazing plenty of paddle boards and kayaks for everyone definitely recommend taking them out location was really close to Sandy Bay and West End which we enjoyed. Property manager Darwin was a rock star he doesn't speak English but could understand our needs we cannot say enough good about Darwin 5 stars for him and his service Highly recommend this vacation house

The house was wonderful. We loved having all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. There was space for all of us. We enjoyed having the kayaks and paddle boards--they were well used. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. It was nice having Darwin on the property. He was very friendly and helpful. The property managers were easy to reach and well informed. If we come back to Roatan we would definitely want to stay there again. And I will certainly recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great time.

April Vacation

10 of us spent the week in this lovely property over April vacation. It was the perfect size for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed but big enough gathering spaces for come together as a group. The pool was the perfect size- we spent quite a bit of time just lounging on the built in ledges.

Friend Vacation

We all had a lovely time. If we could have spent more time in front of the property in the water that would have been nice but it is in a bay and the boats going in and out of the marina next door are zipping through pretty quickly. The pool was great and the house itself was awesome.

Great location with plenty of space.

Great location right on the water in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked and plenty of water sports equipment to use. The place is well designed and large enough to spread out and have privacy. Will, the caretaker was very nice and the 2 dogs are great if you want them around otherwise they leave you alone. Walking distance to several restaurants up the beach.

Fun in the sun!

Good location and great place for our family to hang out together. Lots of room and space for everyone! Everything is clean and the staff was very attentive when we had questions. The house could use an electrical upgrade. The breakers would kick off often… not a power outage just some overloaded circuits.

Great house

We're a large group - 2 families with adult children. The house was excellent - big and spacious. Very clean, private dock where Sundivers picked us up every morning for our dives. Darwin - the caretaker - looked after everything yet was able to not intrude on our privacy. He only speaks Spanish but we made it work and he was great.Communication with Roatan vacation rentals was easy, fast and they are a great bunch of people. Will definitely rent again when we go back!

Great private spaces and gathering spots

We are a group of three families who travels together to scuba dive quite frequently. The little apartments allowed us all to have privacy, but the big dining space and the extra chairs let us all sit down at the same table at dinner time. We dived every day and hired Roatan Chef Service to make dinner most nights…. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great to all sit together and then go to sleep in our private air-conditioned bedrooms with plenty of distance between families. We dove with sundivers and they would come right to the house dock to pick us up in the morning—-Pretty much a perfect vacation and a perfect house

Summary

The place was awesome and exactly as advertised. The road in was closed for two days but there was another way in. Not the fault of anyone. The house had everything we needed and the dock on the water was great to access water taxis which we did several times. The pool was great. The only minor complaint was the pans. While supposedly none stick, they haven't been for quite a while and could use an upgrade. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Great space for group of 8 adults, and 4 children

The property was great for a large group of friends / family. We each had our own space with private bathroom. We spent a lot of time in the dining area, family room and swimming pool. My only complaint is the living area has no air conditioning. There were ceiling fans, but they did not cool us down, which made it quite uncomfortable. There were plenty of 5 gallon water for us to drink, kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/dishware. They had plenty of activities like paddle boarding, and kayaking available. The rental company did a great job communicating with us, and attending to all of our requests. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Roatan, South Bay.

Thank you Jenny for your review. On a breezy day the jalousie windows allow for a cross breeze through the lounge/kitchen. The owner realizes without that breeze it's not always so comfortable so they do have plans this summer to change out the windows and install AC!

Highly recommended

This house was perfect for our two family (9 people) winter holiday vacation. There are several different comfortable spaces to hang out and enjoy each other's company. The second story screened-in porch probably got the most use, with its excellent view and comfortable seating. The apartments/casitas provided our adult children with some privacy. We loved walking down to the Beach Grill for meals. Being right on the bay was lovely and perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, though more kayak paddles would be useful. We dove with Sun Divers and they picked us up from our dock - we highly recommend them as well! The beach in front of the house is not great for swimming but the ocean-front beach is just a few minutes walk. The bedrooms are air conditioned and stayed perfectly cool though the living areas can get steamy at times. We were thrilled with this house, its location, amenities, and vibe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Roatan Family Vacation

We arrived mid-afternoon and unloaded our bags etc. The kitchen and living room were a sauna (we're from Texas, we’re familiar with heat and humidity). All of the windows were open and no breeze, rendering the entire space a place you didn't want to hang out in. In previous reviews it was mentioned the homeowner was installing AC to the kitchen/living room area in 2022 so the assumption was that this space had AC. Some of the ceiling fans worked, some didn't. I called the property management company and they immediately responded, brought oscillating fans to the house AND had AC installed in the kitchen/living room the next day! So, if you’re reading this……. There is 100% AC in the kitchen and living room now! Literally a game changer. Kudos to the homeowner and property management company for making that happen so fast. Positives: 1) All interior spaces have AC (and ceiling fans) and it’s awesome 2) Will, the groundskeeper is very nice but honors your privacy 3) Property management company responds ASAP if you need anything * The pool area is comfortable and fun for everyone * Plenty of shower and beach towels * The house and grounds felt safe. Will closes the gates around 7pm (or whenever you get back to the house) and opens them about 7am. In all, the house turned out fine after we figured out the intricacies and tweaked the AC. It’ll comfortably sleep 12 and the casitas/apartments have their own refrigerators and space should you need to escape.

Amazing space & views

This sprawling home was perfect for our party of 8 adults and a 6 month old. The four apartment-type spaces (2 casita's and a small & a large apartment) were perfect for our adult kids with spouses and a baby for privacy and quiet. So many places to relax and read and nap. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus the added bonus of a large grill, to cook when we didn't feel like going out. Great pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and tables and a tiki hut bar. Easy access to get to the pier and enjoy paddle boarding. Our daughter's boyfriend of 6 years even proposed at sunset New Year's Eve on the pier. It was beautiful! Property managers were quick to respond to any questions we had and were super friendly. Our only complaint - and it's not even really a complaint, more of a comment - was that several days were so incredibly humid and the main living area isn't air conditioned. It was hard to not want to seclude ourselves in our air conditioned bedrooms for the day, but we enjoyed games and fun with each other as we sweat it out, or simply just sat in the pool all day. Also, a heads up about the arrival to the house, consider it an "adventure" ! We all thought it was pretty cool to drive on the beach through the bumps to get to the property. Convenient location to West End that had endless dining options. Note: When you go through customs at the airport they will ask the address of where you're staying. We didn't have an address and just put down Sandy Bay, which didn't seem to satisfy three different agents. I finally pulled out our reservation and in spanish he yelled to the others that it is Casa de Admirada and that seemed to do the trick for everyone. Interestingly when we checked in with the Property Managers they had us follow them to the property because they said they wouldn't be able to tell us where to go because they don't have street names or addresses. If you book this property you won't be disappointed!

The Perfect Place for Family Vacation

This place was better than the pictures show. There was 12 of us, one couple with 4 kids, one couple with 2 kids and one senior couple (the grandparents) so we were concerned on booking a place for our size of group. This place worked perfect, space for everyone. Not one of the kids made a complaint about sleeping arrangement and the couples all had private rooms. The pool area was just incredible with a great pool, which I was a little surprised at the size of it, looked smaller in pictures, and lots of room for the loungers. The bar was a great feature with power and running water, made our pool parties even better! Will, the caretaker who lives in a house at front of property does a great job. I had read in other reviews how he was invisible, he truly was. He would clean the pool and do pool water tests early every morning before most of us were up (one child wakes early) and every day he and his kids (they were home and not school since we were there during Easter holy week) would rake and clean the yard as well as the beach in front of house. He did lots of things that made our stay that much better and enjoyable. The area was amazing, a short walk down Sandy Bay on the first morning, my wife and I found a great small restaurant called the Beach Grill which had great food and beautiful view. Also found a great little dive shop called Octopus Dive School. Four of us signed up for the Discover Scuba course and had a super great time and went back for a second dive. The things you see are just amazing and on the second dive owner, Nuria was our dive master and took us over a shipwreck that was just off the reef for incredible sights, even a large Grouper followed us out to the wreck. I had emailed Liz a few times before our trip and she was always quick to get back to me, which was so nice. Upon our arrival at the airport, which was busy, there was someone holding my name on a sheet of paper and a taxi waiting to bring us to the house just as planned. We stopped at Eldon's grocery store to get a few things on the way to the house. It turned out not to be to far of a drive, since we also rented a vehicle during our stay, which worked out great since we went back a few times to the store. At the house we met Bertha, who showed us through the house and all the things we needed to know. She was great during our stay, always easy to get in touch with and very helpful with any questions we had about the island. Perfect place for family with kids!

Case admirals was a disapy

This property is not as listed. It is in need of a facelift. After our first night there we had a list of things that needed to be fixed. Some were felt with. Others we fixed ourselves. Most out door lights were not working. Two air conditioners were not working. One air conditioner a week into our stay flooded the bed of the room the person was staying in. The bed was dried out with pillows by the pool area. Nothing like enjoying your day around the pool looking at a mattress lol. The pool is in need of repair as it is sinking and there was a constant dark ring around the pool. A simple scrub from one of our towels showed us this was not a permanent stain. There might of been a flower bed near the pool but all that remained there was weeds and garbage. There are paddle boards and kayaks to use but all the paddles were broken but two. Myself and two other members of our party walked the beach are and removed the broken glass and garbage. The dock is in need of repair with boards missing or broken. We stayed for two weeks with no housekeeping. Thought perhaps someone would show up after one week to at least empty garbage. There is a washing machine and drier there which some random family came and did their laundry at one day. Lol. I would not recommend this propert

Hello, Luckily, the house is occupied most of the time and we have a chance to check things on checkout/checkin days or if they are reported during a guests' stay. Most things you did report, we tended in a timely manner. An AC that broke on your arrival date sadly not always can't be fixed or replaced the same day. At check-in we give our guests a folder with the house information and we do mention things like the caretaker that lives within the same lot in a separate house. He usually doesn't use the laundry when guests are there but we'll ask him to be more careful. We also mentioned where the large garbage bins are to dispose the trash. We clean the house before arrivals and departures and arrange cleanings on request. We were aware of shortage of kayak paddles but it is equipment that gets order online and hadn't shipped yet as we explained to a couple people of your group. The missing boards on the dock have been replaced. Sorry, for the house not meeting your expectations on your trip.

Family vacation to Roatan

Very beautiful home. Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. I definitely would recommend this home to friends and family.

Large property giving your family space to spreadout. Top floor is nice for everyone to hang out together.

Lovely visit

We had a lovely time. We had to jump through some hoops to fulfill the covid restrictions and find testing during the holiday season within 72 hours of arrival. Luckily, the new restrictions were not in effect when we returned. The house was better than expected. I had a hard time envisioning it from the pictures. Liz was great and went out of her way to make my day. The property was quiet and peaceful and we had plenty of kayaks and everything was close for adventuring. We would not hesitate to return to this property or Roatan
