Questa è una nuova lista in quanto ho separato le 2 diverse unità per rendere più facile la prenotazione, le recensioni su lisitng # 323235 sono per quella unità e questa.
Bellissimo nuovo studio di lusso. Pavimenti in sughero, ripiani in granito nero, acciaio inossidabile. Illuminazione ad incasso. Bagno completo con lavandino moderno, cabina armadio con mobili in ciliegio, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ventilatori a soffitto. Splendidamente arredato. Macchina da caffè Keurig e una selezione di tè e prodotti forniti, nonché sale, pepe ed erbe secche. Ben fornito con tutto per preparare i pasti. Forniture per la pulizia fornite pure. Porta cibo, vestiti e oggetti personali.
Al piano superiore con una cucina completa e vasca idromassaggio.
Situato a pochi passi dal centro città in un bellissimo quartiere storico alberato. A due isolati da Fitchner Mainwaring Park con campi da calcio, tennis, basket, parco giochi, percorsi pedonali e ciclabili e un parco acquatico stagionale. Un tranquillo quartiere residenziale con facile accesso a tutte le attività.
Ho un'altra unità # 32235 che ha lo stesso layout in un angolo cottura e mostra molte ottime recensioni.

Comfortable, Clean, and Well Appointed

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, quiet comfortable, and very welcoming. The host thought of the little details that make one feel welcome that a lot of hosts miss.

Great property - Very Comfortable and Clean

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. It has everything you need and then some! The property manager is super friendly and extremely responsive.

Medford Work Stay

We stayed in the Lotus 2 for 5 weeks while working in Medford. The Lotus suite was perfect for our stay. It had all we needed. Tina was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend for a short or long stay.

Comfortable studio

We were very happy with our stay here. The property was well-maintained, comfortable and clean. This was one of the most well-stocked rentals we've come across, which makes being away from home much easier and pleasant. The location in Medford was good for us. We would definitely stay here again our next visit to Medford. Thank you!

Gem in Medford

I was so happy with this little gem, and its wonderful owner Tina. I relocated to Medford and stayed here while finding a home. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the comforts of a large home in this apartment. Full size closet with storage, washer and dryer, amazing kitchen and more! Tina is such a fun host and we found our love of food and cooking in common. She is the best baker ever! Thank you Tina so glad to have met you. Sephora.

Wonderful, Comfortable, Clean Property

We have stayed at this property a few times before and always check for availability when we are planning a trip to Medford. The property is always clean and comfortable with everything we need. And the property management is the best!

Awesome place

Amazing short term stay after moving to Medford. Clean, conveniently located, quiet, safe. Tina put a lot of thought into providing everything that's needed for day to day living. It was hard to leave! Thanks so much Tina for providing this space in the community.

Great studio with a very accommodating post

A studio apartment that had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The host was readily available and very accommodating, even replacing a kitchen appliance that give us a problem while we were there.

Affordable location in Medford

Very comfortable home to enjoy your stay in medford. Everything you need to cook a meal and host supplied wonderful snacks and sodas. You will hear the neighbors talking below you, as well as their TV, and they will hear you as well. But everything else was exceptional. Very comfy bed and well decorated home.

Great Place!

Tina's place is very nice, cheerful and clean! The neighborhood seemed safe as well. My wife and I ended up not staying in the unit due to wildfire smoke that interfered. We left AND Tina was great to rent out the space for a couple days after we left and refunded us part of our money. Would highly recommend Tina's place!

Great stay for travel RN

I stayed at Tina’s studio for nearly 6 months while working at the nearby hospitals. The studio had everything I need and more. Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bed was so comfortable. Location is perfect, able to get to Ashland easily. Honestly, zero complaints. Tina was a great host, overall great stay!!

Very Nice Studio

Very nice property, great use of space for a studio apartment. It included everything that a larger space would have, quiet neighborhood, parks close by, great for walking our dog. The owner was very responsive to inquiries. Centrally located to everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

My name is Tina. I have lived in Southern Oregon since 1996. I moved from the Los Angeles area to raise my children here. They are now grown, and my 3rd grandbaby was born recently.
My favorite things to do are to cook, learn new recipes, bargain shop and to travel. My new favorite place to travel is Oceanside where my new grandbabies live.
I really enjoy making people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit. I truly enjoy hosting my guests and making your stay very special. I am available as needed and If you prefer to be left alone then not a problem at all. This is your vacation, and you should have it however you wish.
I wish you all a very special trip whether you stay with me or choose another site.

I had my rentals built onto my home in 2010 to have room for family to visit and be comfortable during their stay. I also wanted privacy and separate entrances. I have put my heart and soul into these units to make them beautiful and comfortable.
