L'unità immobiliare Nihilani Townhouse 19 A si trova nella località turistica di Princeville. Questo complesso residenziale in stile piantagione completato nel 2006 lo rende uno dei più recenti sviluppi all'interno della comunità del Princeville Resort.
Spaziosa e arredata con gusto, 3 camere da letto e 2 1/2 bagni sono una casa a schiera completamente attrezzata con molte caratteristiche e servizi. Circa 1.875 piedi quadrati, la pianta di due piani è una casa vacanza mantenuta professionalmente difficile da battere.
Nihilani 19A è una casa vacanza con tre camere da letto che può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. La zona notte è composta dalla suite matrimoniale con letto king size, schermo piatto T. V., grande cabina armadio, bagno completo con vasca e cabina doccia separata e lanai privato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, vasca da bagno completa in comune con doccia, armadio scorrevole, lanai privato .. La suite della terza camera da letto dispone di due letti singoli, cabina armadio. Una quarta stanza è una stanza ufficio, può essere convertita in uno spazio per neonati.
L'ampio soggiorno ha un ampio divano componibile, una TV a schermo piatto e un'area di ubicazione, ideale per rilassarsi, una serata al cinema, giocare o semplicemente rilassarsi dopo una giornata intera di attività. La cucina e la sala da pranzo sono aperte e la cucina gourmet completamente rinnovata dispone di tutti gli utensili necessari per un pasto fatto in casa. Rilassati sul lanai coperto per goderti il tuo caffè mattutino o un drink serale per guardare il tramonto e utilizzare il nostro barbecue elettrico. Altri servizi includono: aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto, lenzuola, asciugamani, teli mare, attrezzatura da spiaggia, 2 box auto, parcheggio ospiti, lettore DVD, lavatrice / asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. La nostra area piscina comprende una grande cabina per barbecue. La piscina a forma libera è bellissima con vasca idromassaggio e ombra per i keikis.

The residence was immaculate, as was the location. All amenities were included: beach chairs, boogie boards, for daily excursions. Lovely place to stay.

Great place in Princeville

Very clean, lots of kitchen tools and appliances for cooking, a wealth of beach/pool accessories and toys. The owner graciously allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours on the morning of our checkout, which is as appreciated. We all enjoyed staying here.

Tutu's Getaway was perfect!

We had a fantastic vacation at Tutu's Getaway with our family. The property was perfect for us, the condo was spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, especially the short walk to the gorgeous pool. The location was what we were looking for being just a short drive away from Hanalei Bay, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We had on incident of locking the key inside the house and the host came over quickly to let us back in. We would definitely stay here again if we brought the same amount of family members, or friends! Thank you for having us!

Kauai Paradise

Everything was great about our stay in Kauai...the grounds and surrounding area of the condo is just stunning. The beds were great. The condo had everything we needed. The only thing we would comment negatively on is the road noise....but everything else was top notch. Would definitely stay again!!!

Place was nice. Good location. My complaints are, got in trouble for smoking a cigarette on patio. Ive always prided myself about being respectful and i read all the rules of the house and they had A LOT of them mind you, do not turn house below 75 degrees, ect ect ect ect ect lol but nothing about smoking.

Holiday in Kauai

The property was better than in the pictures. Location was perfect. The house felt like home. The owners were super accommodating and communicative. Stayed there for 9 nights with 4 adult kids (ages 18-26) and felts great that we could spread out, cook the occasional meal in the house and do laundry. Can’t wait to be in Kauai again.

Nihilani is great for families

We have stayed at nihilani many times, at four different vacation rentals with the same floor plan. I wouldn't put this rental at the top of our list nor would I put it at the bottom.

Perfect place for my family

We had a great stay with my family. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and had bikes, boogey boards, a cooler, and beach chairs to use which served us great. The condo is in a great location in Princeville for all north shore activities and the association pool and hot tub are gorgeous. This is a great way to stay on the north shore.

Place was as advertised. Good location, plenty of space for 6. If you’re renting a large SUV, it’s a tight fit maneuvering into the garage. Beach stuff and lots of towels were nice. Would recommend staying here.

Our family of six stayed here for a week, wish we could have stayed longer. The condo had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and had lots of beach gear. Boogie boards, chairs and cooler. The vacuum in the garage was super useful to have. The sand in our car got to be a bit much. We love this community has a great pool and is nice and quiet.

Lovely little home base

We loved our stay! Kids had lots of fun in the pool! The place was very clean and spacious. The kids side was very quiet, which was great, and the garbage and recycling was right behind the house for super easy access. If I could change anything, I'd ask for cotton sheets and the polyester was weird for us, and that the kitchen be stocked better. We had to run the dishwasher more often than we'd like because there was basically only one set of everything. Not a great kitchen if you cook a lot. Otherwise, it was a great place to crash and everyone slept well! The ceiling fans were very much appreciated! Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay for a family!

Condo is in a quiet community (except for the Roosters!). Close to shopping, beaches, and excursions. Easy to get to. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was as advertised!
