Great family friendly place! Garage is tight with two cars. But is good if you want a pool n hot tub! Overall host helped resolve one issue with the pool key! But was very responsive! And good and quiet community !

Great experience. We have stayed at this rental 3 times over the past several years. We continue returning because it is a consistent, clean and very convenient location for our vacations in Kauai.

The property was better than photos! Absolutely perfect for our group. The pool was amazing and proximity to all the things was so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Stayed with 7 adults and 1 baby. The condo was perfect for our group. The A/C was cold, kitchen was fully stocked, and garage had all the beach gear we needed. Location was very safe and quiet, close to Princeville center and Hanalei. I highly recommend this home and would definitely be back!

Beautiful condo if a nice, safe neighborhood. Short drive to Hanalei and the surrounding beaches and trails. Plenty of beach toys and equipment for use. Very nice accomodations, clean and comfortable. Close to the golf course and nice area to walk around. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. We did 4 nights on the south island and 3 nights here on the north side and loved being able to see both sides of the island. Highly recommend!!

This was in a perfect location and I plan to visit again. Each room provided beach towels. The garage parking was quite the perk. The garage was filled with all the things you need for the beach including beach chairs, snorkeling gear sunblock, and surfboards. My daughter learned to surf on her own. The built in “rooster alarms” woke us up bright and early so we could beat the crowds. The landscaping and condos were beautifully nestled into the neighborhood. The neighbors were a delight.

Another incredible stay at Nihilani for our August Hawaii yoga, meditation, surf retreat here at home on Kaua’i. I’ve led dozens of small group yoga and surf retreats at Nihilani and time and time again, it’s like returning home. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Everything about the place was amazing. The only thing I would say is it could stand to have some more plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc. other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.

We found the property exactly as advertised and perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the garage area with boogie boards, snorkel equipment and toys.

Great location, neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Was able to sleep with the windows open, fresh air and listen to the rain. Was able to hike/walk to a beach. Local grocery store 5 min away, great playground, pool and hot tub. House was well maintained, beds were comfortable and it was a great fit for my family of 8. Also, there were beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards , snorkeling gear for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a salad spinner! We would stay again if we return.

Clean, close to all roads leading to beaches, short 3 minute walk to the pool to play and grill. Safe neighborhood and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations.
