Great spot for our annual wine-tasting odyssey. Centrally located with quick access to Geneva and Penn Yan but plenty of solitude for relaxation. Loved the covered deck — it was pretty rainy during our stay but we still got to hang outdoors and enjoy the sight and sound of the lake. Everything was very clean on arrival. Kitchen is well stocked and it would have been easy to whip up a meal if we hadn’t been enjoying all the local restaurants. Would definitely book again!

This home is in a great location and right on the lake. The 2 level decks are great for getting different views of the lake. The house was clean except for some cob webs on the ceiling lights in the living room and dining room. The decks also had several cob webs. But the views made up for it. We had a couple issues with the electric and sewer, but after a quick phone call to the owner the issues were resolved very quickly.

The overall experience was great! The location was super convenient, beds were very comfortable, and we loved the multiple hangout areas all over the house. The amenities of the boats and kayaks for playing in the water were a wonderful addition, as were the available grills. The only minor hiccup was with the plumbing in both bathrooms, and only one shower was useful during our visit, but the host was aware and worked hard to make adjustments and fixes where possible. I would definitely come back again for another visit to Seneca Lake!

We had a wonderful stay. Emily was a pleasure to work with. Views were gorgeous!! The house had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to visit again in the summer.

Yes the lake view was absolutely beautiful, but it would have been nice if we could have used the deck! We enjoyed the Vineyards and the place was very clean. Also the host was very nice and helpful. The only thing we were pleased with is we had to supply our own toilet paper. Each bathroom only had a half a roll.

Wine Country Resort

Couldn’t recommend enough!! Emily was such a wonderful host and supplied us with anything we needed for a great weekend. The house was in the perfect location- on the lake & close to a lot of wineries!

Nice place

this is our second time staying at the property. Emily has been a great host each time. Close to the water and with the two floors, there’s enough room for families to stay together, but be a little separate as well.

Finger Lake region relaxation!

Beautiful lakeside home with amazing views and access to all that Seneca Lake has to offer. Great wineries, restaurants and hikes!

Great vacation rental

Our family had a great time. The house was very spacious, well maintained, clean and well equipped. Beautiful views from the large porches. Easy water access for kayaks. Very nice vacation rental.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay — the property offered gorgeous views and the host was easy to communicate with. The home itself was comfortable and perfect what we needed for the weekend. The only downside was that a few areas inside and outside could have been a bit cleaner (for example, we found a cigarette butt on an outdoor seat, and our group doesn’t smoke). Otherwise, it was a lovely experience, and we recommend others to visit!

Great house and location

We had a wonderful time at the house, perfect location, right on the water. It was close to wineries, right across the street from one, and close to stores and a short drive to Watkins Glen. The house was clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable and a well stocked kitchen made the stay very enjoyable!!

Perfect Get Away

The four of us very much enjoyed staying here and are already talking about going back! Great location. Loved the sunrises. Lots of room for relaxing, plus the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the hiking, wineries and breweries. Also enjoyed going to Montezuma Wildlife Refuge. Fox Run winery was a favorite.

Great lake house

We had a fabulous time staying at this vrbo. It’s centrally located to all the wineries, and it’s very spacious! Lots of patio space which was ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view of the beautiful Seneca lake! All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay that’s directly on the lake!

Excellent stay

Overall this property was awesome. Great location. Newer up to date house. Very clean. The host was excellent to communicate with and made check in so easy. Only complaint was the beds were very firm, But I feel that could be preference. So overall great stay
