Venite a Charter Landing II a San Roc Cay Marina per godervi le bellissime spiagge, il mare profondo e la pesca costiera, lo shopping, i ristoranti, i bar, le crociere al tramonto e molto altro! Questo condominio è una proprietà sul lungomare con un primo arrivato, primo servire scivolo in barca e un ampio condominio 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni completamente aggiornato! Questa unità ha una bellissima piscina con vista sul porto turistico e la spiaggia è proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Il deposito e il parcheggio del rimorchio si trovano su Canal Street a pochi chilometri di distanza e un varo pubblico a sole 2 miglia lungo la strada.

My family of 3 loved this property! If you enjoy the bay side and fishing from the docks or watching the charters come in out, you’ll really like this place. The surrounding restaurants are really good and it’s centrally located to anywhere you’d want to go in OB. The condo, including the beds, was very comfortable and accommodating. If you’re a light sleeper, you might consider bringing a fan to block out some of the highway traffic, but we had no trouble sleeping at all! Our host was wonderful to work with, and we’d absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and we really enjoyed being able to relax, spend time with family, and make some amazing memories during our vacation.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience stress-free. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Beautiful location

This place was exactly what we needed! Beautiful location, close to the beach, and quiet neighborhood. Only thing missing was a TV, but we just enjoyed the views instead of watching the news!

Great location

Was close to everywhere we were wanting to go and the pool was great! Can walk down to several restaurants right next to the condo. Only downfall to the place were the two queen beds. They were not very comfortable because you can feel the springs in the mattress.

A great find!

The location is great! We took walks around the marina and San Roc Cay. A short drive to most of our favorite spots. We love the size of the complex. So much better than giant condo woes. The unit is just the right size. It's clean and comfortable! Hoping to return soon.

Perfect little condo! Great location. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Nice pool and pool area. Beautiful views of the little harbor/landing. Close to restaurants and shopping. Mostly quiet, but the bedrooms are next to the street side of the building. The numbering of the units are small. We had an unexpected visitor banging on our door at 2AM that scared us. He was yelling "let me in", we turned on the porch light after exchange of a few words and he decided that he had the wrong condo! They were college age young people. That was the only incident. Also, water dripping in the master bathtub. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Great Location

Upon arrival we discovered the a/c wasn’t cooling properly. The owner was quick to have servicemen out and had it repaired the next day. (Which was the 4th of July) We had plenty of room for 6 people. The beds were firmer than I prefer but not unbearable. We didn’t do any cooking but there were plenty of supplies to do so. There were 3 lounge chairs and 2 folding chairs in the master bedroom closet we were able to use at the beach since we couldn’t bring any with us. There were also several nice restaurants within walking distance as well as entertainment. The pool was just a few feet from our condo and the beach was a short drive. Walmart and Publix weren’t far either. We had an enjoyable stay!

Orange beach

Great location ! Loved access to the pool. The facility itself needed some upgrades. The dishwasher was broken which I was informed of the day I checked in. The biggest thing was the beds. The mattresses were like sleeping on plywood. Very uncomfortable. My 6 ft son ended up sleeping on the couch the whole stay.

Great weekend getaway

Stayed here for a quick weekend fishing trip with a few buddies. The location is unbeatable! Walking distance to 5 restaurants and bars and a short drive over the bridge to the beach, less than a mile. The condo is a little worn in the bedrooms, but nothing that is truly troublesome. I would highly recommend booking here for convenience alone and the location on the marina.

The location was away from the hustle but close enough to dining, shopping and beach. The boat slips are first come first serve and is only 2 spots. Overall we would stay here again.

Fun location but needs updating

We were looking for a place to stay on the Bay because we wanted to take our seadoos down there. It was a nice complex that had everything we needed to be comfortable and easy to access the bay and restaurants and live music was walking distance. The condo just needs updating, The carpet was in really bad shape with lots of stains and the tile in the bathrooms looks as if the paint is finally starting to come off the tiles.

Beautiful property, quiet, and easy access to everything

Awesome place to stay. My crew was all adults but it would be a nice place to bring children also. Only complaint is hot water heater needs to be bigger especially when you have 6 women showering lol
