Thank you for the great comments. The game room is explained as the 6th bedroom and it is a giant room with huge space and sleeping area, as well as the great games and TV's. We are not trying to be misleading at all and if we are asked about it we clearly spell out exactly what the room is and it is best described given the context as a bedroom and game room with a full bathroom.
