Questo 3 ° piano quasi nuovo e ben mantenuto (ultimo piano!) golf villa può ospitare comodamente 4-6 persone. Si trova in un ambiente privato all'estremità meridionale di Myrtle Beach e offre un accesso rapido e facile all'oceano, Broadway by the Beach, Marketplace Commons, l'aeroporto di Myrtle Beach e tutti i grandi campi da golf, e l'eccitazione che Myrtle Beach ha da offrire. La villa si trova presso il campo da golf Tupelo Bay, che offre un driving range, un campo executive, un campo par 3 e un minigolf. Incluso negli affitti settimanali, riceverai una partita di golf gratuita a Tupelo Bay e un secchio di palline per il campo pratica.

Sul posto, troverete il centro servizi che offre gratuitamente agli ospiti; piscine interne / esterne con piscina per bambini, barbecue e area picnic (Tupelo Bay offre agli ospiti carbone gratuito per i focolari) con piccola area golf putt-putt, rete da pallavolo con area sabbiata per giocare, grande sala fitness con tutte le attrezzature più moderne , centro affari, salotto con camino. Beach Vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful. Clean, Elevator, Quiet, Pool, Beautiful rooms and decorations. Beautiful pictures on the walls… Big Family table seats 6 people and bar stools for 3 also. We will definitely come back and stay here at Cheryl’s property.

Welcoming, Spacious, & Covered all our needs!

The rooms and balcony were spacious. Plenty of room for us and our two teen boys! The Villa’s kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms were stocked & there were even some beach chairs and an umbrella for us to borrow! The beach was a quick car/golf cart ride away. Our host was very responsive and we will stay here again if we are ever in the Myrtle Beach area again!

Tupelo bay stay

The unit was very clean and stocked with so many items for our use. We did not expect to have so many household items already in the place to use. That was just very convenient.

Great place and location

We really enjoyed staying here. It had a great location tucked into a quiet area but conveniently located to everything. We did have a mishap with the AC but it was quickly addressed. The condo was clean and well supplied. My only complaint if one was that the master bedroom bed needs a soft pillow topper. Thanks for having us!

AWESOME

We're from Charleston, SC and wanted to take our 2 grands. We had an awesome time, and coming back to Cheryl's condo was great at the end of the day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, just about anything you could imagine. It was clean, bright, and more than enough for my husband and grands ages 11 and 13 to enjoy. We made good use of both pools. We plan to come back to Myrtle Beach and will definitely want to rent this place again. Thanks, Cheryl!

A little disappointed..

Bedroom TV’s did not work correctly. Living room tv was also not working. Resetting the router seemed to help that one tv. When I reached out I was informed the prior guests had reported no issues. Nothing was done to resolve that issue. Prior to arrival we were informed the dryer had stopped working, and was asked if we’d let the repairman in the next day. The dryer was repaired the next day. The decor was a bit dark and outdated, especially compared to other units in the complex that we have stayed in. Carpet was in decent shape but any padding is worn or nonexistent. Colors are dark compared to other units. Bathroom rugs need to be washed. Overall, not our favorite experience at Tupelo Bay.

Laurie, I’m so sorry your experience wasn’t the best. I assumed when I hadn’t heard back from you that the other 2 TV’s were working. I have guests in there now that have not reported a problem. Yes, the dryer broke the morning that you were due to check in. Those things do happen. Thankfully I’ve got a great cleaning lady who met the repairman there that morning so I didn’t have to inconvenience guests during their stay and it was fixed that morning. I appreciate the feedback on the carpets and color scheme. I do intend to do the updates in the next month.

Great location

Great location, fully equipped kitchen, owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Internet access was a bit spotty and also slow otherwise would stay again.

Very comfortable!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Stayed with older parents and it was very comfortable for them too. Nice quiet area and very close to the beach.

First time but DEFINITELY will not be the LAST!!

The property was BEAUTIFUL!!! Ms. Cheryl was amazing and answered all of my questions before and during my stay. My boys didn't want to leave. I told them that this will become a yearly summer trip for us!!! Hopefully we'll be able to stay here again book with Ms. Cheryl!

Covid Getaway

This property was perfect for a getaway. The condo is very nice and had everything we needed. We saw few people which helped with our worry about Covid. We enjoyed the spacious and clean condo. My granddaughter loved the pool. We drove to the beach although a shuttle was available.

Garden City Condo

We enjoyed staying at this condo which is in excellent condition; kitchen was well stocked with utensils, washer/dryer, nice balcony where we had dinner out on several times during our stay. It made for a great vacation in the South Strand of Myrtle Beach area. Tupelo Bay has several fun amenities such as mini golf, range, executive golf course that also was set up for frisbee golf. It has 2 pools that are large, and a good fitness center. We definitely will check to see if this unit is available next time we come down.

Wonderful place to stay! It’s in a great location......quiet and peaceful, but still close to restaurants and the beach. Very well taken care of.....all the amenities and immaculate! It was perfect for us!

My family and I have been vacationing every summer in Myrtle Beach since 2006. We fell in love with the area and all it had to offer. For those of us who play golf, we have no trouble finding a course we haven't yet experienced year after year because there are so many courses to choose from! The kids love to spend the day on the nice clean beaches and the complex itself has such a beautiful well maintained amenity center with a pool the kids can't ever get enough of! We decided to buy in Tupelo Bay because the location can't be beat - it's a lovely well maintained complex just perfect for the kids and yet quiet enough for a romantic retreat!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our villa is very welcoming and accomodating. It's pure relaxation when you want it to be and yet full of excitement when you choose to venture out because of all the things to do in the area. The amenity center is very clean, well maintained and is a pleasure to use.
