Unico condominio a due piani nel centro storico di Annapolis con 3 camere da letto (una matrimoniale, due camere con due letti singoli per camera), soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici, impianto stereo, cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio e ripiani in granito e due bagni completi. Tutti i nuovi materassi Beautyrest nel novembre 2015. Pavimenti in parquet.

C'è un grande ponte con vista sulla città della storica Maryland State House.

Il condominio si trova a mezzo isolato da Main Street, dove vi attendono bar, ristoranti, negozi, divertimenti e storia. Il condominio si trova a cinque isolati dalla Naval Academy, dal City Dock e dal porto. La storica Annapolis è il luogo ideale per passeggiare e godersi i siti, l'acqua e l'intrattenimento, con musica dal vivo, gite in carrozza e piano bar. Great location, parking costs not a fan. We’re a tall family so King bed in upstairs and at least one queen bed on main floor would have been preferable.Nice and cozy and again great location, everything we did was in perfect walking distance.

Perfect Location, Comfortable and Spacious

Check-in was super easy and smooth. Owners and host was super responsive and helped us recommend a car service from the airport that ended up being a great help throughout the weekend since we didn’t rent a car. Place was exactly what we needed for my plebe to relax and recharge when needed and close enough to all the downtown Annapolis action when he wanted it. For our family the proximity to USNA could not have been more convenient. We loved that we could walk and be on campus within minutes. Each of my kids had their own bed and space to spread out. Was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely rent again if we are in town again for future events. Christina and her husband JP responded to all of our questions quickly.

this rental is in the heart of historic Annapolis, across from the back door of Chick and Ruths.the rental was well stocked and clean, but be mindful of the warning of stairs. it is up 2 flights of stairs to the main floor, with one bedroom up another flight.we most definitely would stay here againWe always communicated with Christina. She was very responsive and helpful.

Steps from everything in Annapolis

The place was the perfect spot for my family, we never had to use.our cars after we arrived. Everything we needed was provided in the house, even a stroller but we had our own. We had 4 adults (2 retired, 2 mid30s and a 2 year old), none of us had any issues with the stairs, we just took our time. Christina was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful. This is the place you want to stay if you are visiting Annapolis, we hope to be back soon.

Enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect for price. Misread about the entrance and stairs of the place but if you are capable of climbing stairs, the place was great once inside. I felt safe and comfortable. It worked for our needs!

Great accommodations.

Spacious, immaculate, comfortable, quiet. This was a wonderful place to stay. Within walking distance to every thing in Annapolis. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. Loved it!

Excellent stay at lovely Annapolis condo

This is a very comfortable, spacious property (1400 sq ft) which suited our group of five adults very well. The condo is very clean and well equipped, and the location is ideal for walking in Annapolis. Best of all, the owners were extremely responsive. We had a problem during the first night we were there, and as soon as we contacted the owners the following morning, they immediately took steps and had the problem resolved that day, which was Christmas Eve day. They get 10 stars for responsiveness and problem-solving! We visited in December, and still appreciated the spacious deck adjacent to the main living area, with two seating areas, a large table, and gorgeous views. This is a superb asset for summer visitors. We enjoyed the great views and photo ops of the state capitol from the expansive deck. There are multiple steps to get to this 2nd floor property, and the property itself is bi-level --not a problem for the average person, but may be a difficulty for those with mobility or health issues. Overall, a very clean and huge property in an excellent location with extremely responsive and helpful hosts. Excellent for a family. Thank you, Christina and John, so much!

Perfect for Girls Weekend

I booked this property for a girls weekend with my college roommates and we had the BEST time. The location is great; right off the main shopping/restaurant area. Also the bedroom layouts (4 single beds & 1 queen) made it easy to accommodate and sleep the 6 of us. Christina was great & easy to contact. We’d love to come back in the summer! Highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful stay for husband’s 30th USNA reunion

The location is absolutely amazing. Just walking distance to awesome boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the harbor. With all the traffic for football weekends we just walked everywhere. One mile to the stadium. Just a few minutes to the Academy’s gate so we walked to Sunday church and had brunch. Perfect stay!

Cute Condo and Amazing Location

This condo was perfect for our needs. Great porch that we sat on every evening. Less than a block to Main Street with shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the City Dock. We never needed our car while we were there. Thanks!

Great location, hosts made every aspect easy

The location was close to everything, and communication with the host was very easy. They were helpful and very responsive to any questions. The location itself was perfect, just a block off Main Street and within walking distance of shopping, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here on any visit to Annapolis.

Christina Lynch owns and manage this property. I used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so I can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.

Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River. It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.
Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.
The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.
