We had four travelers stay here. The place was as listed and was clean and plenty roomy. Since we enjoy cooking immensely, we found the kitchenware to be just adequate. For example, there was no large pot for pasta or other big boils, and there might have been Corning-ware or the like but we didn’t find it. There was one cookie sheet and the sole cutting board was a single glass one. Plus oddly, there was no liquid dish soap. We made do in the kitchen. The grill was clean and operable and the appliances functioned excellently. Toiletries were skimpy as well. For a space this size there were only two washcloths, and even though we were warned that there would be sample size soaps and body-wash, there were none at all. Despite the workarounds all other things connected with this location were great!

Family trip

We absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is located centrally to all of the shops, restaurants, and attractions. We will definitely try and book it the next time we travel to Annapolis.

Great stay

Great house in an excellent location. Comfortably sleeps 5 in the three bedrooms. Parking is not on site but the free garage worked well for the weekend and almost everything else is walkable.

Wonderful stay at catch 22

As always home was wonderful. We were visiting our daughter at the academy so location to the yard and downtown shops and restaurants was ideal. The house itself was perfectly clean and very comfortable! Hosts are always great and responsive. Thanks again for another great place to stay!!!

Boat Show Stay

Very clean, nice rental. My only complaint would be the number of people you can comfortably accommodate for the price, but the location is wonderfully convenient.

Incredible location to see Annapolis

This home is located a few yards from the city dock and the center of Annapolis. Easy walking exploring the history of the city. It is well appointed and very comfortable for a family gathering.

Catch 22 Excellent location

This house was perfect in location and layout. I would love to stay here again but, my mid is a Firstie and time in Annapolis is growing short. We loved the beds very cozy. The location cannot be beat.

Mother/Daughter’s Hallmark Weekend

Property was clean and very well stocked. Location was really convenient for walking to town and shopping. Town beautifully decorated for Christmas! We had a great time, made some memories, and hope to be back.

Perfect Location

Our family enjoyed staying on Fleet Street for 2/C Parents' Weekend. The property was immaculate and had everything you could need. It is centrally located to USNA and DTA. We will definitely book for future visits.

Wedding trip

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The house was comfortable and clean. It had more than enough room for our party of 7.

Ideal location

House was in the ideal location to walk to USNA-main gait/visitor center. Close to main st and Dock but quite. Parking garage is close and affordable.

Annapolis

Beautiful well renovated historic Annapolis salt box a block away fro the heart of downtown. The house was perfect for our gang of 6 to visit Naval Academy, DC, family in Severna Park, and see the ocean at Rehoboth Beach.

Everything at the house was as described. The house was clean, it was easy to get in and out of and the location was excellent. The garage was a short block and a half distance away. The best place to park if you’re staying at this location is the hillman garage. The bathrooms upstairs could use a brighter light to help with makeup application. Kitchen has coffee pot, Keurig, microwave in addition to appliances. We did not use the grill on the back porch. Bring extra batteries for TV remotes in case the batteries go sluggish as we experienced. also, the rental company was quick to reply to all my questions. I would recommend this location over the hotels nearby.
