Questo spazioso condominio fronte mare al primo piano è il luogo ideale per prendere la famiglia e rilassarsi per una vacanza sulla spiaggia. Goditi splendide viste sull'oceano e bellissime albe dal tuo balcone privato ombreggiato.

POSIZIONE ECCELLENTE PER ACCESSO CLUB / BEACH CLUB. Siamo spiacenti, non sono ammessi gruppi di promozione o di laurea.

Questo condominio viene completamente caricato e arredato con la capacità di ospitare una famiglia fino a 9. Condo ha controsoffitti in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, box doccia e altro ancora! Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, 2a camera da letto ha una serie di letti singoli più letti a castello con un divano letto divano amore e 3a camera da letto dispone di un letto matrimoniale. Il condominio dispone di TV via cavo e internet wireless ad alta velocità in tutto.

Il Pointe West Beach Club offre una piscina a sfioro, una vasca idromassaggio, una grande piscina per bambini, un barbecue, un centro fitness e molto altro! C'è anche un'altra piscina con un fiume lento sul bayside! Il posto perfetto dove trascorrere le tue prossime vacanze! -

Great Getaway

It was a relaxing family weekend with great views of the Gulf. It is a very user friendly condo and we all especially enjoyed the visits from several hummingbirds while we were there! We would stay here again for sure.

Great house and location!

This house was the perfect location with great access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of space and storage for our 10 guests.

If you like to watch the sun rise, don’t miss this condo! Amazing location, and really well maintained property with a well appointed kitchen. We needed a relaxing weekend getaway, and Fore Sail was the perfect answer.

Fore Sail amazed us!

What a wonderful family vacation we had here. The location was so incredible, just minutes walk to the beach and right next to the pool/bar area. It was so well maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The back deck was very large and a great area to overlook the ocean and relax. We fell in love with Point West and will be returning soon!

Great time with the kids

A major storm was going to hit on our first day. Property management allowed us to shift our reservation by a day which helped tremendously. Our boys had plenty to do between the pools and the beach. Great time!

Great Condo

The condo was great and was easy to get to. We loved the access to the beach. We wish there were better window coverings when sleeping at night since we were right by the main pool. The master bedroom was brighter than we are use to. Great condo overall and everyone enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Great time at Fore Sail

Had such a good time at Pointe West. Our condo was so nice, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Wonderful views! The pool at the beach resort was amazing. Very clean. Lots of chairs and areas to gather. Live music on Saturday evening. I know we will be back one day!

Over the last 20 years my family has stayed at Pointe West numerous times and it never disappoints. However, this time we rented Fore Sail and all I can say is location, location, location!!! It was amazing. Parking spot is 50 ft from eleavator, elevator is 25 ft from room door. Made loading and unloading a breeze. Condo is right next to beach club. You are steps away. The condo is clean and well stocked. Located in between 2 individual beach access walk ways!! We will definitely rent this one again in the future!! 5 stars!!

I’ve rented this property many times and I don’t know what’s going on, but even though I write things up and let them know about it they never fix for example windows that can’t be locked. We showed up in the house had not been completely cleaned and beds made items were broken in the refrigerator like shelves The smell of mold even a black spot in the roof. It’s really horrible because it’s such a nice place to stay.

The view from the balcony was spectacular! The condo was clean, and a great size with plenty of room for my family of 6 and our pup. The kitchen, laundry and restrooms, were well stocked and easy to use. There are some cosmetics that could be updated, but it bared no hinderance on our trip. The host was very attentive, responsive and kind. There was a small issue with one of the beds, and they had someone there for repair within 15 minutes. The office was very easy to work with as well. I don't think the 25 additional fee to use the amenities was worth it for our family, as the pools are unusable in the winter. One of the pools is heated... but it was still very uncomfortable so we gave up on that and spent a day at the Great Wolf Lodge in Houston. The game room was nice, but very minimal. We didn't use the gym at all. Our only other complaint was that it is a good 20 minute drive to town, but that also meant that it felt quiet, relaxing and safe. Overall we found it to be agreat place, and we hope to return in the future!
