Good news to report on the issues experienced during this stay. The missing broom has been located in the laundry room closet. Kidding aside, we take all feedback (and rants) very seriously and are dedicated on following up on all reported issues. Please know that we are always accessible during your stay to address any concerns or issues. We have fixed the patio door handle. The mattress is fairly new and we have not had any other guest’s complaints but have noted it and will monitor. A storage locker is not provided for this unit, but there is plenty of space on the patios to store your beach gear. Thankfully we were able to provide you with an access code and wristbands at the start of your stay. The beach club was notified of your complaint and did respond with after hours pickup instructions for prepaid wristbands. If wristbands are prepaid, there is a locker in which bands will be placed, an email is sent to all guests with specific instructions for after hours pick up (as in your case). Spring Break is a busy time at the beach, due to cleaning protocols and scheduling we weren’t able to allow an earlier check in for your stay. We do inform our guests that they are allowed to come, during open hours, the day of check in to pick up wristbands and enjoy the use of the amenities and beach. *****We invite everyone to come out and see why guests continue to bring their families to Pointe West year after year. The community is family friendly & peaceful and the two pools are refreshing after a day on our spacious private beach. We are also excited to announce a newly remodeled restaurant opening soon.
