SPECIALE CADUTA: autentica casetta sul bellissimo lago d'argento

Godetevi la nostra bella casa di tronchi autentica degli anni '50 su una facciata privata di 65 piedi sul lato tranquillo di Silver Lake. Decorata con i tesori della fattoria di famiglia, la cabina è accogliente e pittoresca con pavimenti in legno, tronchi fatti a mano, mobili in legno di pino e noce, divano in pelle e sedute e armadi in acero.

La cucina è luminosa e allegra ed è ben fornito con tutte le pentole e padelle di cui avrete bisogno, tra cui una caffettiera. La sala da pranzo ha un bel tavolo di noce a mano. Nel soggiorno è una stufa a gas Vermont Castings con un frontale in vetro per le serate in cui si desidera sedersi accanto al fuoco.

La cabina, con i suoi tronchi originali e cigolando ovunque, può ospitare fino a sette persone.
Le sistemazioni per la notte sono: due camere da letto matrimoniale, due letti sono dotati di materassi di lusso e coperte biancheria da letto.
La camera a castello di fronte al lago presenta nuovi letti a castello in legno di cedro per adulti (la camera a castello non è dotata di aria condizionata) e un letto pieghevole a scomparsa.
Tutte le lenzuola e asciugamani. Noi vi diamo un kit di forniture di carta d'avviamento che comprende alcuni asciugamani di carta e rotoli di carta igienica.

Per il pescatore, godere di buona pesca. Basso, persico sole, persico, luccio, pesce luna, e walleye. C'è un ponte sul lago con mobili da giardino e un grill a gas per mangiare all'aperto dove si può godere dei tramonti spettacolari dopo cena. Vi è una spiaggia di sabbia e fuoco-pit. La legna da ardere è disponibile in diversi stand lungo la strada o nel vicino campeggio.

This cabin was wonderful and the location was superb. The setting is beautiful and relaxing. The cabin close to area stores and downtown businesses. If you are into wine, there are many Michigan wineries to the west and north (up to an hour drive). We loved our time at this cabin. We loved we were able to bring our two dogs with us.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Communication was excellent. The view was amazing. We would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful location

We loved exploring the lake on the pontoon boat, having bonfires and enjoying the beach. The cabin was well stocked with towels and bedding. We enjoyed our stay.

Great cabin with every amenity needed. Well stocked and organized. Owners were very welcoming and attentive. It's a lovely, quiet area of the lake which allows for peaceful lounging and relaxation.

Love this place! Wonderful house, great location, wonderful hosts. We rented the Pontoon boat as well. House is so well stocked, over and above what we've normally seen.We couldn't have enjoyed more. Highly recommended!

A peaceful stay

This cabin was perfect for a quiet family vacation. The cabin was cute, well taken care of and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the pontoon and the friendly neighborhood too. Downtown TC and other areas with walking trails, breweries and wineries were a short drive.

Amazing & quiet cabin on the lake!

We stayed at the cabin for four weeks in the summer and had a wonderful stay. The owners were great, they communicated with us for everything and went above and beyond for our stay with them. The cabin has a ton of character and because it's tucked into a cove you don't get a lot of noise or distraction from the lake. The pontoon boat was a huge benefit and gave us easy access to the lake whenever we wanted it. The back deck provided a great spot to relax at the end of the day and watch the beautiful sunsets. The cabin is 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City which was another nice benefit. I would highly recommend this cabin and the owners to anyone considering this for future rentals.

As advertised

The cabin was advertised as a cozy, genuine, log building on a quiet cove. It was exactly that. We took advantage of the pontoon rental for our stay and found it very convenient. The proximity to main roads allowed easy access to shopping and Traverse city. Anything we needed/wanted was just a short drive. Our dogs (2 labs) loved swimming off the dock and beach. My son and I caught fish (large and smallmouth bass) every time we went out. This was our first two week stay at a rental cabin and we found that we could relax and enjoy our vacation rather than rushing home after one week.

Great cabin!

We had a great time at the cabin over the 4th holiday. The cabin, lake, pontoon, and surrounding area were great. The check in process was seamless. No issues during our stay. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Serene Log Cabin on Silver L:ake

I, along with my wife and two friends just spent an idyllic month at this beautiful cabin located on a quiet and scenic part of Silver Lake. We've stayed in many cabins over the years but this one is by far the nicest. Rustic, but very comfortable and roomy, and extremely well equipped. From kitchen and cookware to washer and dryer, comfortable beds and plenty of linens, there was nothing wanting. Our host provided a fabulous place to get away from it all. We hope to come back again.

The Best!

We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks. It was the best stocked place we have ever rented and the owners were exceptional when we had a few minor issues.....all quickly remedied. Even the neighbors were great. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are welcoming and very much enjoyed when we had family visit. It was perfect for our Traverse City visit,

Loved it!

we had an amazing time at the cabin! As soon as we walked in we were amazed by the view. The location was incredible and the cabin was adorable! Clean and well set. We were 7 people a bit crowded but managed to made it work without problems. Allie was very nice and helped us to contact less check in. The neighbors were wonderful too letting my kids use their canoes. We loved every minute of it and look forward to go back!

Another magical visit to Traverse City area

This updated log cabin is inviting and cozy. The location on a quiet cove on Silver Lake was just right for us. Kitchen well-equipped, bedrooms and living area comfortable, and great outdoor space, too. Heartily recommend!

August 2019 Stay

There were six adults and one toddler staying at the cabin. The property was clean and met our expectations. The owner left us items to make s’mores which is did one night around the fire pit. The cabin is located not far from Traverse City and other fun spots such as Sleeping Bear Dunes. The boat added extra fun for getting around the lake. All-in-all, we had a wonderful vacation and will have many happy memories.

charming cottage on beautiful lake! Pontoon boat was a highlight!

Loved this property and we had a great time! It was immaculately clean and owner added little touches like spa robes and nice bathroom amenities. Kitchen was stocked well with pots and pans, utensils etc. Beautiful lawn and yard with beach area. Highlight of our trip was the pontoon boat- took it out several times a day to go swimming, sunset cruise or dock and watch other activities on the lake. The boat is very easy to use- owner showed us how and is great for families. Nice deck with BBQ grill and we ate out every night. The location was great and close to town. Her family market - Burritts - was great- fabulous meats and seafood plus any ingredient you could imagine. Also Meijer 5 mins away. Perfect for 4 adults, a couple of kids and a dog! Very relaxing! We would highly recommend!!!

Cozy cabin perfect for the family

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. It was perfect for our two teenagers and our 3 year old niece. She was able to use the beach and wade out into the shallow water. Our hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to our texts. The s’mores we a nice surprise at our check in. I highly recommend this property and hosts thank you for making our vacation so special.

Amazing vacation at a superb cabin!

Our family of five (3 children 5 and under) had an outstanding vacation in the Traverse City area thanks to the exceptionally organized and clean cabin. The owners met us upon arrival and walked us through the property, showing us everything we needed to know. If needed, they were easy to contact for any questions while we were staying. The s'mores supplies provided were a thoughtful touch. The cabin was very clean and well organized; great to have starter paper supplies provided, clean/fresh linens, and comfortable beds! Kitchen was well stocked and cooking/grilling was a breeze. The fire pit, sand beach and dock were great for outside activities, as was the pontoon which was used everyday at the cabin. Our family loved taking boat rides around the lake and finding sandbars where we could swim! We also loved the proximity to Traverse City and the surrounding area activities. Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leenenau peninsula, and Old Mission peninsula are a must for families. This was our second trip to Traverse City and plan to come back again next year!

Beautiful cabin, great location!

My family and I had an amazing time staying in the cabin! It was so peaceful and is a beautiful property. Kurt and Emily met us there to show us around in the cabin. It was well stocked with all the little details. We loved having the pontoon boat to use at our convenience. We were on the lake everyday, I loved going on a boat ride in the evening. Our kids loved playing on the sandy area, and swimming in the lake. One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

PERFECT PLACE FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5

Very Clean. Lovely owners who showed the well groomed property and the immaculately clean pontoon boat. Inside the cabin was a basket of s'mores ingredients for our family--very nice touch. I wish there was more than 1 bathroom for 5 people but we made it work. Great location on lake--very quiet. Great location in relation to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mission Point Lighthouse, etc. We went to Moomers ice cream 4 times!!! Wonderful!! Drove to Mackinac Island- 2 hours away. We took chartered fishing boat from Traverse City. We recommend the General Store on the way to the lighthouse.. Definitely recommend.

We love to travel and have done so extensively with our two children. We have logged over 20,000 miles in our RV while taking our children to all fifty states. Traverse City is still considered one of the most beautiful places in the country in our book. We always look forward to spending time at the cabin because it is such a cozy and peaceful place.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

As a native of Traverse City, I grew up enjoying the lakes around the area. I was thrilled when Kurt and I had the chance to buy this log cabin. We worked hard to update it by adding modern amenities without losing the character and charm and that 'up-north' feel. It is just ten minutes to downtown Traverse City, yet you feel like you are away from it all. Traverse City offers such a great quality of life along with many wonderful local shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

A quiet and peaceful setting on the East side of Silver Lake. Our favorite thing to do during our stay at the cabin is pack up a picnic lunch or evening appetizers and cruise around the lake on the pontoon boat. With the boat conveniently docked at the private sandy beach, there is little effort to enjoying the beauty of Silver Lake. This pristine, all sports lake, is the closest lake to Traverse City with easy access to everything. Our evenings usually consist of cooking delicious steaks or fresh fish from our family market, Burritt's Fresh Market while watching the fabulous sunsets. We love to end the evening with a campfire next to the lake listening to the frogs and loons. Life doesn't get any better than that!
