Dopo una giornata di degustazione di vini, kayak ed esplorazione di tutto ciò che Traverse City ha da offrire, questa casa sul lungolago è la base di partenza perfetta per le tue vacanze nel nord!

* INFORMAZIONI SULLA PROPRIETÀ *
120 piedi di bella e solida facciata sabbiosa sul lago Spider, perfetto per nuotare e andare in barca! 15 minuti dai negozi, dai ristoranti, dalle spiagge e dalle attività del centro di Traverse City: questa casa è la vacanza perfetta per le vacanze.

Questa è la casa ideale per la tua famiglia: la casa ha un open space con DUE zone giorno e vista sul lago da ogni stanza. C'è un grande ponte con una griglia e un sacco di spazio per sedersi con una splendida vista elevata sul lago; e un accogliente ponte inferiore proprio sul bordo dell'acqua, dove è possibile osservare la fauna selvatica, nuotare o portare i nostri kayak per una crociera.

Forniamo anche shampoo, balsamo e sapone da bagno per mantenere la valigia un po 'più leggera! Ci sono due ampie camere da letto e un divano letto nel soggiorno al piano inferiore per accogliere tutti nel tuo gruppo. Un totale di 1.300 piedi quadrati finiti è tutto tuo. Forniamo ventilatori in ogni camera da letto e un'unità A / C finestra anche per quelle calde giornate estive.

Spider Lake è un Lago All Sports da 459 acri con grandi sezioni per sci nautico e tubi, piccole insenature per la pesca e un paio di isole e banchi di sabbia. La navigazione veloce è consentita solo tra le 11:00 e le 19:30, quindi la mattina e la sera sono tranquille. Molte insenature sono zone senza scia per tutto il giorno e sono perfette per la pesca in qualsiasi momento. Con molte baie e baie, puoi trovare un posto nuovo da esplorare ogni giorno!

Traverse City è conosciuta per le sue cantine! Se guidi su Old Mission o Leelanau Peninsula, ci sono diverse cantine da fermare a poche miglia. Our stay was amazing, the location and house itself were beautiful. Very accommodating and the host provided games and books for us to use for our stay. Definitely would recommend booking here!

This is a very cute house. It's quiet, quaint, inviting, and fully stocked. The sauna is absolutely lovely. I recommend a sauna and jump in the lake!The lake is clean, calm, and excellent for paddling the kayaks around. They are tied up a hill to a tree and a bit hard to get down. But it's 100% worth it.

Great time!

The cleanest VRBO property I have ever stayed in!!! The picture of the bottle of wine, bag of coffee and bag of candy as a welcome gift is deceiving we did not receive it. On our way in we did not buy coffee or wine because we were expecting those upon our arrival.

Beautiful View - Huge Lake

We had a great time at this getaway! The home and property are exactly as the photos shown online. There is a gorgeous view from most of the windows in the home. The area is heavily wooded and very private, even though there are fairly close neighbors, which we loved. The deck was big, beautiful and comfortable and we loved the firepit table for ambience and a little heat on the chilly evenings. I had quick attention and communication from the owner with any questions before and during our stay, excellent hosts! We had two adult couples staying for this trip. The home has plenty of space to comfortably hang out and a full kitchen with all the basics we needed. The second bedroom bed(s) wasn't perfectly ideal, but it worked. That bedroom would be perfect for young kids, teens or single sleepers. The guys were hoping to do more fishing from the property, but there is no shoreline area to do so and the dock is a floating one, so it wasn't conducive to more than one fisherman at a time, but at the same time, there was a canoe they could use. It would be a perfect property for swimming and playing in the water. The view of the sunrise is second to none, absolutely stunning! We were able to rent a beautiful pontoon boat at Wind Jammer, just a few minutes drive right on the lake and we really enjoyed driving around the lake for hours! This property is very rural, but aside from a few options closer to the home, you can have any type of restaurant you choose, shopping, golf, Lake Michigan and the vibrant downtown area all within a 20-25 minute drive (country road driving for the most part). The location was perfect to enjoy the serene lake life, while having all the other options not too far away.

Northern Echo was welcoming and had everything you needed to be comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, lake and sauna. The sauna was greatly appreciated after a long day of exploring and being active on the water. We are already thinking about our return :) Derek was an excellent host and communicator.

Beautiful location and lake

Stayed with our 1-year old, my husband, and my in laws. View from the kitchen is gorgeous. Shallow beach at the lake was a perfect depth for my toddler to splash. We made great use of the kayaks, grill, washer/dryer, and well-stocked kitchen. Location is perfect to have both a relaxing, quiet view and access to all Traverse City has to offer. Upstairs bedroom was a good size to fit a pack n play and they had a baby gate that we were able to use (although it was a little tricky to set up-- you might be better served bringing your own). We did bring our own toddler life jacket, but they had child-sized and adult-sized life jackets available in the shed. We would 100% stay again. Two call-outs to make sure others enjoy their stay as much as we did: -Lots of stairs down to the water (obvious in photos). Would be very difficult for mobility-compromised individuals. -My in-laws ended up splitting across two beds in the basement as opposed to sharing lower bunk.

Romantic Getaway

Northern Echo Cottage was absolute perfection! The check-in process was easy, the home was beautiful and clean, and the views are amazing. We went in the middle of November and temperatures were between 30-40 degrees with a dusting of snow. The sauna was an awesome bonus! I forgot to pack a fan for when we sleep, but luckily the cabin had one! The drive isn't far from Traverse City either. We cannot wait to book a stay for the whole family in the summer!

Simply Stunning

If I could've stayed there longer to look out the window as the sun rose over the lake, I would have. The views from the cabin were just lovely and the uniquely designed space had such a calming aura. The property manager was responsive and thoughtful. I visited during the end of winter and it was the perfect peaceful getaway.

Weekend of February 5th to 7th

Beautiful home, beautiful location everything was ver clean and had everything we needed and more. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the sauna and view of the lake is beautiful. Tried booking again for the summer but was unavailable for my dates. I did find another place on Spider Lake and we will be heading there again in June. Home owners were very helpful and easy to contact. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful weekend. Would definitely come back

Great house

We came up here for a short get away. We got to the house at 3 for the check in to find the door locked and unable to be opened with the code. Normally, this wouldn’t be a big deal but we had a car sick toddler and the first day was the only decent weather day during our stay so we were eager to use the kayaks. I called Beth and Keegan who got a locksmith out to the property within 20 minutes and we were in the house a little after 4pm. Derick also messaged and offered to buy us dinner for the inconvenience, which was really thoughtful. The house is wonderful and has everything you could need.
