I enjoyed my stay and the location was within minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. It was clean and as pictured. I didn't have to contact the host but they did reach out to me regarding need to know information. I would return again.

Activities for all ages, pool was so nice, very clean, close to a lot of amenities. Super easy check-in and check out processes. Definitely recommend to everyone! We can’t wait to come back!

Destin Trip

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful resort. We stayed Jan-Feb 2025. The Palms Of Destin is a friendly, pretty, clean place I would highly recommend to my family and friends. I loved the rooms and the gorgeous pool area. We could walk to the stores, restaurants and the beach.

Excellent vacay resort

This location was excellent in every way, the location is close to stores for necessities, a 5 minute drive to the beach. The room was equipped with everything we needed and was peaceful for the nights stay. The condo had ample sleeping quarters for the entire family. Over all, this is our go to place when visiting Destin, Fla.

Great property

Check in was easy, plenty of parking, very large pool, everything was clean and well appointed. The unit was open and welcoming. Two bathrooms were excellent for our family as well as the living area and kitchen.

Deserved Vacation

The property was great!!! Great staff too!!!!!Only disappointment was that the bar/restaurant was not open while out at the pool. Pool needs tables with umbrellas for those of us that are only allowed so much direct sun light.Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Great condo for family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo was spacious and clean. The resort and amenities were wonderful, especially for our 2 kids. We had an issue with the AC not working the first day, but maintenance came right away and fixed it. I would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend

We decided to do a quick long weekend trip and I wanted a place with a nice pool. Pool was beautiful but beach area is public and horribly crowded. Condo was nice and does have a partial view.

The resort was clean, friendly staff, easy & quick checking

The property is nice....,as the pictures, comfort mattress , but the bunk bed in guess room.., the top one was so closed to the ceiling..., we couldn't use it - the drier machine need to change...( it took for long time to dried out the clothes.).. - kitchen stuff..such as , pan, pot (they're old). Summarize: the property is nice place to stay. We have a great trip. Beach: beautiful, white sand.....love it..! Absolutely! we will be back Destin FL

Family. vacation

Our small family enjoys the Destin area for the beaches. This year we wanted some different and a pool for the kids to enjoy. The resort was great and the unit was perfect for us! The decor set the tone and having everything we needed was even better. One minor issue was the internet went down went down the evening before leaving and out until we checked out. Otherwise very happy with this unit and will stay again!

Overall good experience

I would have liked to be able to have my drink while sitting hot tub. Rule is: No drinks within 6ft of pool. But, it didn't ruin my vacation. I would still consider staying again.

It’s perfect for 6 people, not for 8 as the describes it

It’s a perfect place to spend the vacation, close to the beach but a nice swim pool when you don’t want to go to the beach, but the junior suite it’s not for 8 people, it comes with two full bed, one over the other, are very uncomfortable for adults and bug kids, there’s not a enough space between the beds and between the ceiling and the upper bed, this beds have one tv, but it’s totally unnecessary.

Comfortable stay with good amenities

The property was nice and unit was comfortable. The view was over a shopping mall parking lot. The bunk bed was too close to the ceiling to be comfortable for my very small for his age 10 year old. My teen slept fine on the lower bunk. Otherwise we found it very roomy & comfortable for our family of 4. I liked the amenities & we did walk to the beach, but you do have to cross a major street to do so. The coffee shop was great!

Basic Condo

Destin is under construction. It's impossible to walk across the street until winter 2019 from this unit. The condo is the most basic of condos. No frills whatsoever. The staff is very unorganized. The codes to enter the building didn't work for 50% of the people we talked to. The balcony door handle was broken do I called the front desk at 3:00 pm on a Thursday (twice) but no one answered. It overlooks the Dollar Tree parking lot anyway so no big deal. Oh yeah! Dollar Tree right next door. That was a plus. We drove to the state park beach across the street each day and it was great. $6 a day for a nice clean beach was great. Getting across the street is the challenge until the road is finished. This is all of Destin on hey 98. Ultimately we made the best of it. Destin has a few really nice places. I would like to go back when the road is done. This condo? .... Maybe upgrade a bit.

Amazing place to stay!!

Everything about this property was amazing!! The condo was very clean and the view was great!! I enjoyed all of the amenities as well. The pool was a great place to go and relax after being out in the sun all day! I will definitely try to stay here again when I’m back in the area!
