Betty, we are very happy to know that you really enjoyed staying in this two-bed, two-bath Palms of Destin condo. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. They have been resolved. Candace, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your rental experience while staying in the two-bed, two-bath Palms Resort #2608 (Serenity Now). We apologize for any confusion regarding the distance to the beach. Rental listings with photos on Vrbo and Real Joy websites are current and accurate descriptions to the best our knowledge. Maintenance workers and inspectors have addressed a majority of the issues that have been brought to our attention. The owner does not have any updates planned at this time. Quality control will take place soon and any recommendations from property managers will be forwarded to the owner(s). Although we completely understand your frustration regarding the lack of public beach space, this is unfortunately an issue that many of us must contend with. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay at this lovely condo. We’re happy to hear you found the pool beautiful and enjoyed the easy beach access. We hope you got to enjoy some of the activities included with your Fun Pass. We will pass along your recommendation to property management. Thank you again for your feedback and thank you for staying with Real Joy!

We are sorry to hear about your experience! Real Joy manages the condo you were in, not the building, so it sounds like most of your negative commentary is about how the building was being managed at the time of your stay and not about the quality, cleanliness or beauty of Palms 2608. Guests have varying experiences, no matter what building, so we are hoping your experience was an uncommon one. Thank you for your feedback! We hope you'll consider staying with us again - maybe in a different building? We have excellent fall rates-

Brianna, Thank you for letting us know that you had a great stay. You should have gotten an email prior to your stay letting you know that we do not provide cooking essentials such as cooking oils and spices so you should plan to bring these items from home or purchase them once you get here. This is for safety reasons. We are sorry if the unit was not as clean as it should have been. Next time, let us know and we’ll send someone to redo the work. We’re glad the location was convenient and you enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

Taylor, we appreciate you letting us know that you had a wonderful time while staying in this beautiful two-bed, two-bath condo. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.
