Contacting host and response was immediate. House was clean and liked it being pet friendly. Enjoyed the screened in porch. We didn’t get there till Tuesday water was very slick, Thursday wind blew and water was choppy. Saturday was a rainy wind day and water was really rough. Enjoyed our stay at Crows Nest.

Very relaxing week. Porch was our favorite spot. Watching the storms roll in was really amazing. Great fishing off of dock. Quiet location. House has lots of charm. Enjoyed our time there.

This is our 3rd year staying at the Crows Nest, we love it here. Spacious with all the amenities you will need. Wonderful new gas range this year, we totally enjoyed cooking on that. The dock and water sports equipment were thoroughly enjoyed as well. We will be back as long as the owners keep renting it.

Nice home with everything you need to have fun provided for you. Communication with owners was easy and they were very responsive.

This property is absolutely amazing! Wonderful location, cozy and homey, clean and everything you need to cook a meal and be comfortable. The hosts were absolutely the best! We definitely plan to be back!

Everything was good overall. Had to bring basic necessities which wasn’t convenient for me traveling. Was told to bring paper towels and TP but couldn’t find shower towels anywhere? Neighbors are friendly and let me use the dock since the lower dock was being redone. Host was responsive to any message almost instantly. Pet friendly, clean. All in all, I would stay again.

I accidentally left milk in the fridge. Sorry. The clock in the kitchen is non-functional. It ticks, but doesn't move. I found some "presents" left from a previous cat guest. Left them in the bedroom. The dock was exactly what I wanted. I spent hours out there and hours more on the screened porch. Excellent time of the year to be on the water. I wish I had more time for the quiet reset. Many happy memories of stillness. I want two more days! I can still feel the wind on my skin. Structure issue: The low-step shower, not the tub shower, is seeing leakage/seepage into the floor structure. The floor structure is not designed to resist this water infiltration. Your floor is quickly delaminating and weakening. It should be reinforced and a water-resistant sub-floor be installed before someone steps through the floor into the crawlspace. I could feel it already starting to give.

Lovely home and location for a fabulous stay!

Great responsive hosts, very clean property and well appointed, had everything we needed for a most wonderful stay - awesome sunrises and sunsets, loved the hummingbirds, and the screened in porch got to be our favorite spot! Highly recommend.

Beauty, Tranquility, and Peace at Crow’s Nest

Finding a vacation home that provides an atmosphere reminding us of our lifetime surroundings is a rare occasion. The Crows Nest was the best vacation spot we have ever stayed at and will definitely be recommending to all our friends and family.

My wife and I rarely do repeat visits when traveling. This was our third stay at the Crow’s Nest and I hope to come again. The area is quiet and offers the perfect setting to be able to relax. Johanna and Tripp are wonderful hosts and I am truly grateful they have opened their home for us to enjoy.
