We apologize that you were not satisfied with the unit you booked. The new owner is in the process of updating the unit currently. The furniture in the unit is new and was purchased less than a month before your arrival. We dont understand the outdate furniture comment. Also, the owners have scheduled new slider installation for November 2022 and have plans to update the bathrooms in the near future. We hope that once those things are completed you will decide to stay again.

We do apologize that you were not fully satisfied with the condition of your unit during your stay here at Arcadian I. As you well know we are here on site every day to ensure that if you find any issues with your unit or are disappointed in any way, we can correct them as quickly as possible. Had you done that we could have corrected any cleanliness issues and discussed any new practices with you. This unit is now under new ownership, and they are working on updating the unit for the next rental season. While we do not offer refunds within 30 days of a reservation, we do have other contingency plans to ensure our guests our guests are satisfied. We are so sorry that you were disappointed with the pillows in the unit. We wish you would have let us know they weren't comfortable, we would have gotten new ones for you. We will pass along your complaint to the owner and remedy the issue. We hope to see you again in the future, we have many units available to rent and would love to assist you in finding a perfect fit.

We do apologize for the any issues that you found when you arrived to your rental unit. Thank you so much for bringing these to our attention at your departure, we repaired and replaced the items you mentioned immediately, in the future please keep in mind we are here on site to ensure you are comfortable and happy during your stay. Thank you for choosing to vacation at our property, we appreciate any feedback from our guests, but we do wish that you had come down to the management office during your stay and let us know you were dissatisfied with your accommodations. Property management and Maintenance are here seven days week to ensure our guests are happy and comfortable during their stay. We would have loved to have had the opportunity to correct any issues while you were, but will be looking into these concerns to get them addressed.
