Bella casa di quattro camere da letto recentemente rinnovata con piano piano aperto alla foce di un canale situato a Ocean Pines. Due bagni completi. Cucina aperta e spazio vitale, ideale per famiglie e divertimento. Grande ponte a due livelli sul retro della casa e un molo per una barca. Questa fuga è a dieci miglia dall'oceano con molti negozi per lo shopping e ristoranti tutti in pochi minuti. Ocean Pines ha un mercato degli agricoltori aperto ogni sabato. C'è anche una piscina coperta, due piscine all'aperto (una presso il club di nuoto e racchette e l'altra presso lo Yacht club). Ocean Pines ha anche un beach club situato sulla 50a strada di Ocean City e un fantastico campo da golf a Ocean Pines. Il beach club dispone di un'altra piscina all'aperto, nonché di bagni, docce e area spogliatoio e soprattutto uno snack bar con intrattenimento durante alcuni fine settimana. This house is so comfortable and the view of the canal is gorgeous! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the deck. Convenient to everything, I would highly recommend this place!

Good size rooms, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen overall was clean, but oven definitely needs more attention. The oven trays had some pieces of food left by previous guests. The location is very good. The kids had fun crabbing and fishing.

Family vacation at its best

The location, house layout and "at home" feeling make this an amazing property for a family vacation. It's far enough off the beach to enjoy the peacefulness of the area but close enough to drive in for all the activities.

Good Times at Ocean Pines

The back deck was ideal for small children with the gated area and the water view was beautiful. Perfect location for a vacation that is close to many amenities and attractions for all ages.

Nice property for a partial week stay while our son played in a baseball tournament. Close to OCMD and all those things. View is great. Only issue was with one of the bedrooms without power leaving the tv and ceiling fan inoperable. We spoke with the owner and improvised. Karin was very responsive and a great host! Would stay here again if needed.

Kevin, Thank you for your review and for imporvising. The fan was replaced imeediatley after your departure as promised and planned as well as the socket so the TV works with out the fire stick. I am glad we had the fire stick as back up and that you knew how to use it. Thank you!

Great stay

The house was in a great location and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed crabbing and sitting on the deck for coffee. The nearby Yacht Club is a nice spot for live music and food. The house had everything we needed for our long weekend. We would book again.

Great Rental

Memorable getaway

The property owner, Karen couldn't have been more helpful and easy to contact. The property itself was very comfortable and charming with a well stocked kitchen , very comfortable beds and a lovely view. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Excellent space and location

I brought my family to the beach house. The location was perfect at the end of a canal we fished and paddle boarded. It’s only 25 minutes from ocean city. The house was neat and clean. Loved our stay.

Great for family stay with multiple generations

Our stay was lovely and we appreciated that the house was one floor with only 3 stairs to enter and a walk in shower for our grandparent. We were also able to enjoy dinner on the deck or indoors as well as launch our kayaks from the deck. Living room was great for gathering in the evening.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The beds were plush and comfortable, the deck is so much larger than the photos convey, everything was spotless and ready for us, and the provided amenities were perfect. The kids loved playing in the treasure chest on the porch, the days started with shared coffees on the deck, and the beach chairs and toys were such a great addition to have. We had no complaints and would recommend!

Family Reunion

Karen's house was perfect for our family. We were in town for a family reunion. The check in was very easy and the house had everything we needed. The deck by the water was so beautiful and relaxing! We hope to return next year!

Fun and relaxing Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at "the beach house". The owners were communicative and accomidating. You could tell by the way that the house is supplied that the owners go all out to ensure that there is supplies and activities in the house for people of all ages. The design aesthetic is beautiful and well thought out.

Comfortable home for a family getaway

My husband and I and our 3 adult children and their spouses thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals, the deck had a beautiful view of the canal, and the furniture and beds were quite comfortable. We rented kayaks from a local outfitter and kayaked from the dock, and biked every day on the roads in Ocean Pines. It is a great location and I highly recommend this home!

We loved tbe views on tbe back deck every morning and evening!

This was a great location on one of the canals in Ocean Pines. The view of the canal every morning with my coffee was peaceful and so beautiful. The house was wuite comfortable and slept 7 of us very comfortably. Easy drive to Assateague and the beach. Nice quite community.

Great memorial day weekend despite the rain

Great layout for two families with kids! Two bedrooms on each side of the house (total of four) with a bathroom on each side as well. Beautiful view! Very well stocked kitchen with every appliance that you might need!
