Questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni ha spazio per tutti. Decorazioni classiche, con vista sul settimo green di Ocean Pines Golf e Country Club. Ampia camera familiare, soggiorno, sala da pranzo e veranda con paesaggio aperto. La veranda al primo piano ha porte francesi e può essere utilizzata come camera da letto privata aggiuntiva con rotelle e divano letto. Il primo piano ha una doccia accessibile. Al piano superiore 3 camere da letto hanno: 1 letto matrimoniale + futon pieno, 2 letti singoli, 1 divano letto con 2 letti singoli. Al piano inferiore un divano letto matrimoniale e un futon nel soggiorno e un letto estraibile nella veranda. 2 divani aggiuntivi non dormienti nella camera familiare. Dotato di tutte le età con lettino da viaggio guava di loto, seggiolone, biblioteca DVD, grill a gas all'aperto. Internet wifi, TV in tutte le camere da letto e camera familiare. 1 permesso di parcheggio in spiaggia incluso. La camera da letto principale ha il bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio. Bagno completo aggiuntivo al secondo piano. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole di granchio, pentole e padelle, utensili e 2 set completi di piatti e posate. Gli armadietti della cucina ospitano spezie di base, olio da cucina, tè e caffè. Caffettiera KEURIG. Spazio per una macchina, il garage ha un ingresso tastiera e 4-6 sedie a sdraio, 2 tavole bogey e biciclette per bambini. Il vialetto può facilmente ospitare 4 auto e ha un canestro da basket. Parcheggio in strada aggiuntivo.
La community ha 5 pool "solo membri". Sono disponibili abbonamenti settimanali per i pool presso l'ufficio amministrativo.
La cena e gli speciali dell'happy hour sono una vera delizia allo Ocean Pines Yacht club.

È possibile utilizzare la biancheria della casa, ma è necessario lavare e piegare per l'ospite successivo. (Una tassa di lavanderia aggiuntiva sarà valutata dalla governante per la biancheria non lavata). This house worked perfectly for a golf weekend for 8 friends. Randi was very responsive during the booking process with answering questions about how this house could accommodate our needs for 8 separate beds. Kitchen has a good variety of dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. to prepare meals in. Drip coffee maker and Keurig made it convenient to ensure all the guys had coffee. Randi also was exceptionally helpful upon checking in addressing any questions immediately. Great house with an awesome host.

Great spot for my family of 5. Everyone had their own space and sleeping arrangements. Laundry onsite made beach days easy to clean up from. Host also offered access to the beach club parking which made getting to the beach a breeze! The place is in good shape and we had no issues on our visit. Host was very quick to respond to questions when we had them. Would stay again!

This home can comfortably accommodate a large group and it includes access to the ocean pines beach club which is a huge plus when visiting Ocean City!

Annual family vacation to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It could have been cleaner, maybe the cleaners had an off day... The house was roomy and the location was perfect. Randi was very responsive when we had an issue. It was a little challenging to get all the sheets laundered before the 10am check out since we were a big group but we tried our best. :) We had a good vacation!

Awesome stay

Group of 12. Beautiful and spacious property. Pictures do not do it justice. Quiet neighborhood. 14 minutes drive to the beach and OC boardwalk. Groceries stores are about 5-10minutes drive.

Quick Summer vacation

This is a very spacious property, and the small touches make it nice for families (I've never seen a rental property with so many towels and pillows)! Randi was great to work with, and very responsive. The only small downside is that there isn't much outside space &/or amenities to enjoy on the property, itself; but, it's in Ocean Pines, so there are pools, restaurants, parks, etc. Also, it included a parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club, so easy access to the beach and a private restaurant/facility. Overall a great stay and I'd certainly recommend it!

Very tidy and lovely place

Very tidy and lovely VRBO house close to the Ocean City beaches and equipped with everything (and more) you need for a family reunion & vacation. Good beds in all three bedrooms plus a daybed in a game room. A game room was a nice extra for kids to play on a rainy day. Our party of 8 adults and 4 children felt very comfortable to stay in this nice house backing to a golf course with a real value for rentals. The hosts had provided us with all the information we needed for our stay way in advance of our actual trip. The only inconvenience was a request to complete the laundry of beddings& towels and check out by 10 am what we could not finish in time (laundry). We definitely recommend this wonderful house.

There was left over food from previous tenets and there was only one trash bag in the home. Several fixtures were not working properly ie kitchen sink faucet would turn on, on its own and there were several lights out both in the garage and the downstairs bathroom.

Solid VRBO Rental

We had no complainants , we enjoy VRBO for rentals it is less commercialized, so much more for your money and have not been disappointed yet. This is probably our 10th Rental through VRBO.. The house was as advertised, it had all the amenities, pots, pans, dishes, clean and in good working order. The wifi , cable all worked fine. We brought our own sheets and towels however the previous renter left the house linens in the Washer/Dryer. We cleaned them up as the house had laundry supplies. Our only thought on this house was the TV's all the older style which is fine for the bedrooms, but might want to consider a upgrade to a flat screen that has a HDI Port in the living room. We didn't have use for Google/Chrome or Netflix however if you are using a Ipad/Computer for movie source not sure if you can do that with the older Tvs. We discovered a fuseball table in the sun room so that was a lot of fun and a unexpected surprise. It was on the Golf Course if your a golfer you could see the green from the sunroom & kitchen

This was a very nice house for our extended family with 3 young children to stay in. Two of the bedrooms were very small, but adequate. The 1st floor has several nice rooms to spread out. The host quickly responded to questions and provided items useful for children. We also enjoyed the playground at the community center.

The house is lovely and the great shared spaces (living rooms, kitchen, dining room, etc.) were perfect for our family to enjoy each other’s company. The neighborhood is also peaceful and a great location for both OC and Assateague adventures. The hostess was also kind and responsive in our communications.

4th of July Stay

The house is nice and in a quiet area while still being close to Ocean City. You get a parking pass for the beach club which makes heading to the beach super easy. We had a few issues when we checked in but the owner was very responsive and fixed the issues promptly.

OCMD 2022

This is our second time using this property for our week long annual stay in OCMD with my best friend. Place is nice and roomy to allow us to spread about and still be in one rental. Absolutely love that the place provides towels/blankets/sheets that we can just wash and return without needing to pay for a service! Love staying here and will definitely stay again.

We are a NJ family, who would like to share our future retirement home with you. We rented in Ocean pines during the summer for 3 years and fell in love with the community, and its access to the beach, golf course, and of course, the horses at Assateague Island.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Located on the 7th green of the Ocean Pines Golf Club, this home is set up for relaxing and entertaining! We like to be close to the water, but not too close! The house is 15 minutes from Assateague Island which is a magical place for us. Lots of room for groups and great set up for family dinners.

Relax in the family room, kitchen, dining room or sunroom and watch the golfers complete their shots.
