Goditi la serenità di questo importante complesso condominiale del Sud Maui, incastonato su un promontorio tra due delle migliori spiagge del Sud Maui!

Dalle finiture di fascia alta della nostra casa, agli oltre 40 anni di esperienza Maui che i proprietari portano alla pianificazione delle tue vacanze, sarai indulgente con il viaggio di una vita. La nostra casa è l'ideale per una vacanza romantica, per coloro che cercano un po 'di riposo rilassato e per tutti coloro che vogliono godersi Maui al massimo delle sue potenzialità.

La nostra casa è perfettamente situata tra le bellissime e accessibili spiagge di Kamaole I e Kamaole II e ha una vista in prima fila sul bellissimo Oceano Pacifico. Offriamo sistemazioni di lusso e accesso sull'oceano al meraviglioso Oceano Pacifico e splendidi tramonti Maui! Vieni a rilassarti sul tuo lanai, a bordo piscina o sul lussureggiante prato che si affaccia sull'oceano! Per coloro che desiderano un soggiorno più attivo, c'è osservazione delle tartarughe e delle balene stagionali dal lanai, accesso diretto alle spiagge per tutte le attività desiderate: prendere il sole, nuotare nell'oceano, correre sulla spiaggia e passeggiare.

We had such an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. The place was beautiful, super clean, and honestly even better than we expected. We completely fell in love with the area and already want to come back someday. Everything about the trip felt relaxing and special, and this was the perfect place to stay while making those memories. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We just enjoyed a week at this lovely condo. It was hard to leave! Gorgeous setting, many whale sightings while relaxing on the lanai, great swimming, really well appointed kitchen and many thoughtful touches throughout. Our host was most helpful before and during our stay. We look forward to future trips to this great place.

The oceanfront setting is truly special—the views from the lanai overlooking West Maui were absolutely stunning and something we enjoyed every day.Kevin was an exceptional host with outstanding communication. He was always responsive, attentive, and clearly takes pride in ensuring his guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. That level of care stood out and made our stay even better.The location is ideal for exploring the island. It’s easy to head up to West Maui, venture into Upcountry, relax at the beaches just outside the condo or further south of Kihei, or make your way to Paia and the Road to Hana. Having such convenient access to so many parts of Maui made this a perfect home base.The condo itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and easy to settle into. Great location, great owner

This condo is like brand new, it’s clean, quiet and has everything you need. Easy access to Kam 1 & 2, perfect for sunsets and turtle watching from the lanai. Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. This condo does not disappoint, Kevin was definitely excellent to work with and we will look to stay here again.

Absolute dream!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible! The condo itself was so clean and perfectly located. It was even better than the photos! Kevin was so kind and checked in on us and was super easy to work with. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back. We can’t say enough about this place!

Perfect vacation

The property is impeccable, modern amenities and not to mention the perfect location. The sunsets are perfect. The unit faces the trade trade winds, so you get a constant breeze thru, no need to use the air conditioning which is available. As a long time visitor of Kihei, this was my first time at this building, and this owner knocked it out of the park. Do not hesitate, stay at this unit, its magical.

Perfect Oceanfront Location

Just returned from our 6 week stay at this gorgeous condo. Directly on the ocean, amazing views of the ocean and Kam 1 Beach. Spacious balcony to dine and watch the whales. Central location, short walk to shops and restaurants. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Kihei. Excellent communication with the host, seamless check in and check out procedures. We look forward to visiting again.

Location is perfect for watching whales and sunsets, walking multiple beaches and groceries/restaurants. The unit itself is clean, modern and fully equipped. Best of all, the view from lanai is amazing and always shaded.

Aloha Perfection

We love returning to this Kihei condo. It is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The lanai is perfect for watching whales and turtles and sunsets. The condo has everything you need for a beach day and the beach is just a short walk from the front of the complex. The hosts are caring and responsive and have great suggestions/recommendations. They make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Vacation at a Great Location!

We had a wonderful two week stay at the Royal Mauian. You can't beat the location with ocean and beach views and many shopping and food options within easy walking distance. The property was clean and updated and came stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The owner Kevin was easy to deal with and he gave us a lot of great ideas for activities around the island. We will definitely consider booking it again for our next visit to Maui.

We began creating many memories on Maui when a family member purchased this property 45 years ago. We've enjoyed family gatherings, holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, summer vacations all around this unit.
