Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Dated and the clothes dryer does not work. Previous reviews said the same. Don't waste your time unless your a hillbilly. Who names it Sugars Place anyway...lmfao!

This was a reasonably priced perfect stay for 2. We stayed in a villa and it had absolutely everything we could have needed for the week. We parked in the garage within steps from our door. The complimentary beach service with this unit was an added bonus! We have no complaints and would come back again.

We enjoyed access to the beach and the beach chairs and umbrella. We loved the golfing at Emerald Bay!! The convenience of the parking garage was perfect!! We had an awesome stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great easy walk to get coffee or restaurants. Quick walk to the beach, which was quiet and low key.The unit itself could use some updates. The living room rug and couchneed cleaned or replaced. It did have everything we needed and was fine for sleeping. Washer and dryer need replaced as well.

Our stay was smooth and easy from the time we booked to arrival, checking in, and the exit check list. The communication was EXCELLENT, timely, and included all details. This was the perfect spot for a solo traveler but also accommodated a guest on the sofa couch for a couple nights that decided to join for the weekend. The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect and priced right!

The room was clean and comfortable on our arrival. The morning after we arrived (Saturday) we woke up to construction noises above us. We were not aware that there would be any construction going on. The host offered us tickets to a dolphin cruise to get us out of the room during the construction time. The property has an on site gym, but you are not able to get into it if you arrive after 4:00 pm on Friday and they are not in the office during the weekend. We were very excited to have a washer and dryer in our room so we could do laundry in the room. The dryer would not stay on any longer than 7 minutes no matter the setting you put it on. They offered to come do our laundry for us but due to us being in and out a lot, that was not convenient for us like being able to do it in the room would have been. The pool and lazy river in the bay side were great!

It was an excellent location. I liked that the parking garage is attached to the hotel on every level, making the room a 30 second or less walk, from the parking spot. The beach service is GREAT!

A week of relaxation

The room is a bit musty and the furniture is dated but the space was a perfect spot to sleep with a quick walk to the beach.

Loved our stay!

We love Destin West and this trip was no exception! The room was nice and as expected. We enjoyed the beach, pools, Bayside pier! We even caught a few fish!

Beautiful White Sandy Beaches

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed being able to pick between the beach and the bay side for a day of fun. The room was clean and perfect for our little family.

Great location for a beach getaway

We really enjoyed the amenities at the property. The spas, pools, and lazy river were a great addition to the day after enjoying time in the sand and sun on the gulf side. Having beach service included with our room was a huge cost savings for our trip. An added bonus: There are many restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay when visiting.
