The location and staff was great. Excellent even. We had several issues. Our first room had some problems, but Beverly was SUPER QUICK to resolve it and move us. If we ever stay here again, it will be because she was absolutely amazing.Second room, no blanket just a top sheet for sofa bed (same issue in first room). Internet never worked. Kept booting us out, buffering, wouldn't load or connect netflix or youtube. Especially in the evening when more people are using it. I couldn't even use it with my phone, unless it was first thing in the morning or early daytime. I relaize that's a minor inconvenience, but whe your kid gets sunburned and needs to stay in, this is a huge issue. We are paying for a resort with amenities, internet being one of them.

We didn’t have a direct view of the ocean, but could see right of the balcony. It was an easy walk to the beach and all the pools. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and recommend!

This is a great place to stay. The staff was awesome. They fixed a problem that I wasn’t aware of, the tv. Already know which of their condos I want to rent next vacation.

Clean room and easy check in. Had issues locking and unlocking the door and the thermostat was set at 70, couldn’t be adjusted. Otherwise a cute vacation spot to stay!

Great place!! Kids really enjoyed the lazy river .

Over all a great place . Nice and clean. And everything we needed was in the room. Only thing was the toaster did not work.
