Splendidamente arredate e decorate con un bagliore costiero al primo piano con vista sulla spiaggia e sull'acqua. A pochi passi dalla nostra porta per la più bella spiaggia di sabbia bianca dell'isola.

Godetevi i comfort di un condominio recentemente ristrutturato piuttosto che stanco, pavimenti in moquette e vecchi arredi. La nuova cucina include tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, ripiani in granito e armadi. Due nuovi bagni con docce piastrellate e moderne porte in vetro senza telaio. Nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle effetto legno. Interior design fatto professionalmente con nuovi trattamenti di finestra.

Due camere da letto sono arredate con mobili nuovi e nuovi letti. Soggiorno e sala da pranzo / solarium con vista sulla piscina, sulla spiaggia e sul golfo. Sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e refrigeratore sono forniti per i nostri ospiti. Area per grigliare all'aperto. Lavatore e asciugatore. Cavo / Smart TV, Internet WiFi.

Situato nella posizione più privilegiata di Ft Myers Beach, godetevi la più ampia spiaggia di sabbia bianca dove si svolgono il castello nazionale di sabbia e le gare di collezionismo di conchiglie. Fai una breve passeggiata a nord ea sud verso i resort Outrigger e Wyndam. Passeggiata a molte attrazioni tra cui bar Tiki, ottimi ristoranti, Fish Tale Marina, Santini shopping plaza, negozio di alimentari, noleggio di sport, gite in barca e noleggio, santuari della fauna selvatica, noleggio di biciclette e kayak, locali di musica e danza e cinema. La fermata del carrello appena fuori ti porterà in giro per l'isola per evitare l'uso dell'auto e del parcheggio.

Situato nella parte centrale a sud dell'isola, questa posizione è un buon punto di partenza per visitare le isole di Sanibel e Captiva, Napoli, Sarasota, costa orientale, ecc.

Sunset at the Beach

We have stayed at this condo before and we love the location, the privacy, and of course the sand and the beach The beach theater is right across the street and if you didn’t have a vehicle you could walk to get anything you need.

Great condo in a great area

We have enjoyed this condo twice now. Each time it has lived up to its description. It is located on the widest beach on FMB. The owners provide everything one needs, from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. Their communication with renters is outstanding!@!

Fabulous Condo and Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous condo. We loved the up-to-date finishes and decor. The location can’t be beat for walkability to restaurants and shops. Being right at the beach and next to the pool was a dream. Our family member guests who still had to work on vacation enjoyed the views from the unit and proximity to pool and beach for the quick break away. Owners were awesome!

This condo is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in.

The condo was well-stocked with lots of extras that we hadn’t received in other condos. The owner communicated quickly with any questions or concerns. We plan to come again.

Great place to stay , great area , so much to see and do!

The condo is set up with everything you need for going down to the beach or using the pool. The kitchen is set up with everything you need and we like to eat in most of the time. The condo was very clean when we arrived and the furniture is comfortable . The TV is great and is set up with all the channels plus movie channels. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and a great movie theater across the street. My husband and I loved the area, the beach and had a delightful stay! The owner answers questions via email and is very quick to help out with anything. This is a must stay if you like the beach and the southwest region of Florida.

Our family is from Clinton, CT, a coastal town near the Connecticut River. We fell in love with Ft Myers Beach and this property. We purchased it to use as a second home. This property has it all. It is in a small association. The units are all "low rise" two and three story units with the feel of classic Florida. The property is very well managed and well kept. Our unit has been completely renovated and updated and competitively priced. Overall, the location is the most prime on the island considering the beach and walk to attractions. The beach has white sugar sand and the water is so blue. It is a short 150' walk to the widest beach on the island. We enjoy boating and going to the small islands and seeing the dolphins. You can walk to anything you need including more than ten restaurants, Tiki bars with live music on the beach, marinas, shopping, grocery store, shopping plaza, bike and kayak rentals, theater, bird sanctuary. Take the trolley into town for a nominal fee.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This is the best location on the island which is on the south central portion of the island. The beach is the widest here and has the white sugar sand, surrounded by palm trees. The location is far enough away from Times Square which is 4 miles to the north end yet there is much to do even with in walking distance. Some of our favorite beach attractions are the two Tiki bar/restaurants within a few hundred yards in either direction. The beach is the best here with frequent sightings of dolphins and manatees. Dozens of restaurants and shops within a 1/4 mile and even a dinner theater and grocery store close by!
The property is quiet due to the rental management. An owner cannot rent more than six times in one year and the minimum stay is one month. Less than half of the owners rent. Most owners and guests are snow birds. It is peaceful and it is a wonderful place to explore the beach and the island. The restaurants are great for fresh fish and seafood. There is lots to do and the location is a central jumping off point if you want to sight see in Sanibel, or Naples.
The nice thing about our condo is that it is fully renovated so it is like new and in a great association. It is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and games for family fun.
