Leslie was an amazing host. She clearly communicated with me prior to our stay and answered all of my questions completely. The house was perfect and everyone in our party loved their spaces. 5/5 would recommend.

The host for this property was amazing and such a help from the very beginning! Was my family’s first time in Port st Joe which we absolutely loved! And the house was so beautiful and just like the pictures showed we will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful home and location! Couldn't have been a better vacation: Saw dolphins daily, lots of crabs, shorebirds of all kinds, stingray; enjoyed the fire pit and kettle grill; screened porch w/fan was a wonderful option to be outdoors but not in the sun; fun family time in this beautiful house!!

Our party of 4 adults, a 3 year old and 10month old all had a great stay in October at "Sea-duced". Great beach, easily accessible from the screened in porch deck steps straight to the water. The very clean house was nicely furnished and was stocked with all the kitchen utensils and appliances, tool box, first aid kit, etc. The outside beach shed was as promised. The beach cart really came in handy! We were very comfortable during our visit. No problems with the Wifi or TV that accessed numerous channels; not your basic cable lineup. The entrance code locks functioned perfectly. This house was up to date as far as appliances etc were concerned. Honestly, all in all not one complaint.Now let me talk about our host, Leslie. As I mentioned we were scheduled to arrive Oct. 10. Hurricane Isaias was scheduled to arrive somewhere in the Panhandle on the 9th. We were in contact with Leslie monitoring the situation over a 24 hour period. She reassured us that she was on top of it and would keep us informed before we left on our trip. Early Saturday morning before we left she texted that everything was OK! We had been quite worried but that text washed our worries away. Since the time we booked our trip Leslie kept us notified every step of the way with local information on restaurants etc. and answered any of our questions promptly and professionally. Most importantly Leslie absolutely gave us peace of mind. Thanks Leslie. We will have fond memories.

Sea-duced is a beautiful,well equipped beach retreat. Three older couples worked hard at doing nothing but eating, sleeping and enjoying the beauty around us. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home! Perfect setting on a quiet beach. The host, Leslie, was so helpful and welcoming. She truly wanted us to have a wonderful stay. We were a party of six adults and had plenty of room to spread out so all felt comfortable. We will definitely return.

Great quiet trip!

My family loved our stay! Beautiful secluded beach and a nice home. We caught fish, paddled in the gulf, played on the beach, and had a great spring break away from crowds. Owner was very attentive and everything was as advertised. We would love to visit again!

Great Destination

If you want to go to the beach and stay in a great house, this is the destination. It is like the old Florida I remember from my childhood. Not as many other tourists like some other places. It was very relaxing and can’t say enough about how great the house was and communication with the host.

Peaceful & Tranquility

We had an amazing stay at Leslie’s place! It was clean, comfortable, & fully stocked! We were so impressed with everything she had there for us to use. We loved the location and how quiet it was. We basically had the beach to ourselves on Spring Break. We will definitely be going back & highly recommend!!

Family Beach Vacation

Sea-duced is a beautiful beach home. It is located on a wide and quiet stretch of beach. The house has everything you would need to enjoy your time there. We saw dolphins everyday. The firepit and screened in porch are awesome bonus features to have. Leslie was awesome to work with and made sure everything was taken care of.

Nice stay lovely host.

Thank you for a wonderful visit. Location of home is great. Smaller than pictures but very comfortable. Bedrooms nice, kitchen needs updating as do a few other minor things. Lovely host and very communicative. Easy checkin.

Family getaway

Excellent beach house, all new renovation. everything we needed was here. If you want seclusion and away from the crowded beach, then this is the place. Very clean and neat house. A great host. We will be back!!

Spring break

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was beautiful and clean and we had the best time on the beach. The kids had a blast and we had the beach to ourselves. So nice as opposed to all the hustle and bustle of other beaches. The house was very well stocked with all essentials and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with! Definitely want to go back!

Sea Duced Stay

This place is perfect. The owner was a dream to work with. She was very responsive. The house was gorgeous and the view was worth a million dollars. I can't come up with one negative.

Wonderful accommodations!

Simply perfect! Great view. Lovely, tasteful decor. Well equipped kitchen. Convenience of beach equipment and beach towels. All the extras that will make this one of your best vacations ever. Leslie is so quick to respond and a pleasure to work with.

Easy to Pack For

Literally the best appointed property we've stayed at in the area. And everything is well marked - I suspect Leslie has a label maker with a label on it that says "label maker." The one item missing was quickly remedied - no issues whatsoever. Bring plenty of wood for the fire pit!

Indian Pass area

Had an excellent week. The address is Port St Joe but this location is actually south of town. The beach is awesome and not crowded. This time of year we saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house fit the needs of our group, three couples. Leslie is a pleasure to work with and stayed in contact with us. This area has become our new favorite!!!

60th Birthday

The house was everything we wanted it to be. It was quiet, private and we had the whole beach to ourselves. It was exactly how I wanted to celebrate my 60th bday with my friends. Leslie was awesome throughout the whole process. She answered all the questions we had about places to eat etc... Highly recommend!!! Thank you Leslie for sharing your home with us!

A slice of heaven!

My family and I have traveled to this area every year for nearly a decade and we’ve experienced many houses on many beaches. We all agreed this is by far our favorite! Beautiful accommodations - house was clean, beautifully decorated, many little conveniences and details attended to, perfect location. The beach is beautiful beyond words. So peaceful and unspoiled. We enjoyed fires in the evening, walking the beach in the morning.. Leslie is an absolute dream to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful home and AMAZING home owner!!

This was by far my best experience with a home owner!! First off, the home is stunning, super clean, fully stocked with everything you need and then some and steps from the beach. The fire pit was a super nice bonus for my family. The owner contacted me prior to our arrival with a few top restaurant choices in the area and shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our trip was interrupted by Idalia. Two days prior to the storm making landfall, she reached out again to share her concern for our safety. It truly wasn’t just about her home, she reached out to me again to make sure we all made it home safely. I definitely recommend renting this home!!
