Questa non è la tipica casa vacanza sul Lago degli Ozarks. Questa è la nostra seconda casa, quindi troverai tocchi personali in tutto. Soffitto a volta con una favolosa vista sul lago.

Puoi sciare e sciare nella nostra favolosa baia. Siamo fuori dal canale principale, quindi l'acqua è calma. I nostri dock non oscillano come i dock del canale principale!

In acqua, siamo a meno di 2 miglia dal lago per Camden on the Lake, Alhonna's, H. Toads, Shady Gators, Tap and Grill Lakeside Brew Haus E Frankie and Louie's!

La nostra casa ha un allestimento perfetto per due o più famiglie.
- Il livello superiore ha 3 camere da letto (un letto king size e due letti matrimoniali) e un soppalco con due letti singoli, due bagni (uno nel master) più una zona giorno a volta con TV a schermo piatto, cucina completa con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio ( stufa a gas) - tutto nuovo nel 2019 - e zona pranzo / pranzo per 16 e una grande lavanderia!
- Il livello inferiore dispone di una cucina completa (meno lavastoviglie), 12 posti a sedere - un tavolo da pranzo per carte, tavoli da bar e sedie, tavolo da biliardo, biliardino e TV a schermo piatto, una sala TV separata con UN ALTRO bar, divano letto con rotelle, oltre a tre camere da letto (un re e due letti matrimoniali) e 1 1/2 bagni.
- NOVITÀ DURANTE L'ESTATE DEL 2018 - Tutte le lenzuola, i cuscini, le coperte, i materassi e le trapunte per tutti i letti; Cuscini per tutti i posti a sedere all'aperto; Tavolo da biliardo e spunti; Biliardino; Divani a livello principale, sedie in pelle, tavolino, tutte le lampade; Tavolo da pranzo e sedie / panca; Nuovi mobili per la camera matrimoniale
- NOVITÀ DURANTE L'INVERNO 2019 - intera vernice interna; ventilatori a soffitto in TUTTE le stanze; moquette in tutte le camere e le scale; rinnovo cucina a livello principale - banconi in granito, fornelli a gas, tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuovi sgabelli da banco; Griglia a carbone e strumenti; Ristrutturazione della cucina di livello inferiore - frigorifero, piano cottura e rubinetto aggiornati; DUE nuovi scaldabagni; nuovo addolcitore d'acqua; nuova fornace e condizionatore d'aria !!!
- Abbiamo TRE ponti che si affacciano sul lago.
- Un piccolo mazzo fuori dalla cucina e proiettato in veranda per una piccola festa di quattro persone.
- Un grande mazzo fuori dalla sala giochi di livello inferiore con posti a sedere da pranzo per 12.
- Un mazzo martini da 16+ posti
- Abbiamo DUE dock.
- Un singolo pozzo per la tua barca (senza ascensore) e un jet ski / ascensore PWC.
- Una banchina per feste con posti a sedere al bar, sedie a sdraio, tavoli e sedie, un jet ski / ascensore PWC e uno scivolo!

Abbiamo tutte le nuove trapunte, lenzuola e cuscini. E! Nuovi mobili per soggiorno, sala da pranzo e camera da letto principale! Nuovi cuscini per tutti i mobili del ponte e del pontile. Parcheggio per 5 auto.

Lovely home with great views and two decks. The decks need to be refinished and deck stair rails need replacement due to rotting wood. The screened in porch needs painting and updating. The bathrooms need repairs on master bath bench, first floor shower and tub stained and paint peeling above shower. A few of my daughters have VRBO’s, the feedback is not meant to be critical, just factual. The home is lovely, but showing signs of needed repairs. The property managers were very sweet. They had a conversation with my husband about the cleanliness of the property and responded with great care and concern. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you

Great Place for a family reunion

We spent most of our time outside thought the inside offers plenty of places for privacy. The swimming dock was a bonus and we made great use of that. Our 19 foot pontoon boat fit nicely into the boat dock. The deck was great for evening catch-ups. And we all left speaking to one another -- enough said

Beautiful house with a great location!

This is a beautiful house with a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our group loves to hang out on the dock and swim. The main dock needs to be updated as there are multiple boards that are deteriorating. If the dock were updated, this would be the perfect lake house!

Golf Trip

Great place to go after a golf trip. We did not spend much time on the deck or dock but the living room and rec room were heavily used. Great time and if you want to hang out after a round, this place is amazing!!

we were all extremely happy with staying at this Lake House it was extremely spacious and with having double kitchens and double docks there was plenty of room for activities also the house is located in a cove to help with the rough waters when storms come definitely a must see

Family vacation

The property was very clean and spacious. Sandy, the property owner, was very responsive and helpful. If I contacted her, she would immediately get back to me. Loved the dock with the slide. Plenty of room for our group to gather and go swimming. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the Lake of the Ozarks area!

Beautiful home

The house worked out great for our group of 13 adult family members. A lot of the bedrooms were tucked away which gave us privacy. The weather was too cold so we couldn’t use the martini bar or the decks. We enjoyed the large living room as a gathering place. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It met all of our needs and more.

Great property for large family. Party Dock was great. Clean and spacious home plenty of privacy.

Renters were easy to contact and quick to respond but really had no issues or needs really to have to contact. Gave great instructions to enter property, WiFi instructions etc and clean up for exit was easy. Highly recommend home. Traveling in to home a little sketchy neighborhood but nothing owners can do about that their place felt safe.

House on lake

The property wasn't exactly what I expected but adequate for our group. We had sixteen senior golfers staying at the house. Bathroom arrangements and bedrooms were lacking, but again we made do. Also we had to drive down a gravel road to get to the property. Probably won't be staying at this property anytime soon.

Good stay overall

Property was clean but some corners were a bit dusty. The shower in the principle room was a bit slick (maybe add a rail). We were a bit disappointed with the BBQ. It is not in a usable location, and leaves were not cleared up so it was a fire hazard. We were not able to move the pit. These are small critiques. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great family get away!! We had the best time!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a tremendous blessing and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. The home worked perfectly for our 12 family members. Technically the home is 6 bedrooms and a loft, but there is lots and lots of room and will sleep several more.. There’s is also a nice sitting room that has a twin bed that’s well placed. It worked perfectly for my grandson to be next to his parents bedroom. The access to the lake is wonderful, we were right on the lake and our family spent most of our time on the party dock or in the water. We did bring our cornhole set, which we were able to play on the main deck, it was a perfect fit and our family is serious about cornhole so they measured and everything, lol. We enjoyed our stay so very much and hope to stay again in the future.

Lake of the ozarks

9 adult men, high school friends stayed for 5 nights. Plus was everyone had there own bed and only one room had more than I person. Location was excellent, on the water with boat dock and a separate party dock. Kitchen was modern and Sep kitchen down stairs also helped. Several other small fridges on docks and other areas. Downside is property needs some repairs and upkeep. Several decks and all need new paint and no umbrellas for shade ( temps were over 95 everyday during our stay) one deck had zero furniture. Slide on party dock did not work, lights on boat dock also did not work. A/c and fans worked great. Did not have access to garage and no shade for parking on property in high heat was a bummer.

Golf Trip 2023

The property was nice. The weather, not so much. With it being so cold outside, the lower level was quite cold. We are all in our late 40's, 50's and 60's and some got cold sleeping in the basement. Some things that we would like to have had while we were there were a functioning grill. We used the neighbors after asking them, so it worked out. A hot tub is something we have to have, and it was my mistake for missing. We get quite sore playing golf all day and the hot tub is a true blessing to have. We would have also liked to have had a coffee maker on site. A Kuerig or something like that would have been great. All of these things have been in other houses that we have stayed at. It would have also been nice to have access to a garage so we did not have to empty out the vehicles every day. Everything else was fine.

Wonderful House Inside and Out

We rented this house for an extended weekend with friends and some children. The house lived up to our expectations from what we saw in the pictures and then some. The house seemed very clean upon our arrival, which was a nice first impression. The large gathering areas on each floor are very nice when having a decent sized group, so that everyone can still be together. We didnt really use the docks due to weather, but the multiple decks and screened in porch are very nice. The area was very peaceful in general. One of the neighbors was very friendly, and talked with us for a while and told us to let him know if we had any questions or needed any help. We had even accidentally left a personal belonging behind, and the owners were amazing and mailed it back to us at home. The only suggestion I can think of offhand would be as another guest had mentioned, to possibly have a rake or leaf blower accessible to guests because a decent amount of the outdoor paths were covered with a significant amount of leaves due to the number of trees in the area and the season. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking.

Overall a Good Stay

Let me preface by saying this home switched management from the time I booked it to when we stayed so I would like to give the new management the benefit of the doubt and will likely need some time to fix things. The location and accommodations of this home were perfect for our large family. We comfortably fit and enjoyed the quiet area. It was a quick trip to town to get any items needed. The checkin/checkout process was super easy. There was lots to do including provided board games. It was stocked well with kitchen appliances/utensils, towels, extra pillows, etc. There were lots of refrigerators everywhere to hold all our groceries/drinks. Concerns.. The kitchen island had painters tape holding a corner piece on. The ceiling fan in the basement room was located so close to the wall the blades were hitting the wall when it was turned on. The third deck off by itself is completely empty and really served no purpose unless you brought your own chairs. The grill is not located on any of the decks and locked down in a tiny little area which was disappointing because we couldn’t all hang out there comfortably while grilling. Half of the bulbs on the string lights in this area were also out. The big dock with the slide needs some repairs. Many boards were super soft and the slide’s water hookup was broken.

Disappointed. needs alot of updating. Not very clean kitchen especially-Docks are old and need alot of work- holes rusty nails-paint chipping. outside lights did not work.will not stay there again.
