This property was even better in person. The pictures aren’t enough to show how beautiful this property is. We were two families staying, teenagers included. They loved having their own spaces in the surf shack and mermaid lounge. The chickens, lizards, cats, crabs and snails kept my kids entertained. They loved hanging out with the neighborhood cat. Walking out onto the beach each day was amazing. The only thing that would’ve made it better was air conditioning but we were fine especially where we were gone all day and there was an ocean breeze at night. We loved our first time stay in Kauai.

The house was perfect. The view of the ocean is stunning. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the deck, the yard, and the beach at low tide. The living space and bedrooms were very nice too!

Great location, amazing views. The way the property is broken up makes traveling with a lot of people possible, everyone still has their own space and the main house is the hub, it’s fantastic. They would get an excellent all the way around but we had a small refrigerator problem, BUT they came out right away, brought ice and ice chest so we didn’t loose food, even brought us beer! They cared. We cooked, played games, walked to many near by restaurants, and Safeway is close along with a great Shave Ice! There were 6 of us and this property was perfect.

As charming as the pictures show!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home, with its two separate spaces couldn’t have fit our family more perfectly. It’s exactly as described, perfectly centrally located, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We rented this property for a mother/daughter Girl Scout trip and it did not disappoint. The view was amazing! You are just steps away from the water. The ocean was a bit too rough to swim, but the tide brought new treasures up to the shore daily which was fun. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a ton of beach gear-including lots of towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards, toys etc. There are lots of fans in the surf shack and mermaid lounge to help keep it cool. There are also chargers all over the place, which was really nice. The check out process was super simple and easy. No bed stripping or hours worth of laundry. Overall fabulous place. We would definitely stay here again!

Unique location with great view

Easy access to all the good spots on Kauai, even though traffic in Kapaa can be horrible. Good selection of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Beautiful

This place had everything we needed. So beautiful and listening g to the surf all day and night was wonderful. Excellent t location for walking to shops and restaurants.

Ocean bliss

Wonderful stay. Room for everyone, all 8 of us. Proximity to ocean was magical. Labels on everything made functioning in the kitchen easy breezy. Beds comfortable! Highly recommend for relaxing vacation!

Great family stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our beachfront stay. The property is well located with level walk to shops and eateries. Well equipped. Great collection of sand and beach equipment incl beach towels. Plenty of ‘space’ for everyone.

Amazing View

Loved this place. It met our needs 100%. The ocean was steps away and we even had a baby seal monk take a nap on our beach just a few feet from us. No problems checking in or out.

Best family vacation ever

Had such an amazing stay with our gaily in Kauai!! Had been planning this for quite a while and loved every minute- best part is being right on the beach and hearing the waves. The house had plenty of room for all of us to have our own space - there were a total of 7 of us and never felt cramped at all- highly recommend Kauai to anyone who hasn’t been! Staying on the beach while on beach vacation is also the way to go- this house was amazing

The view of the ocean was awesome!The location was spectacular, but kitchen sink had no plug, dishwasher did not clean well. All sliding doors had allot of corrosion and bathroom door in apartment over the garage did not open all the way. House could use some updating. These are only for you to maybe fix over time to make anyone else’s stay even better. We are not upset by any means, again these are things that can make a difference for future guests.

Fantastic Home

The moment we stepped into the house it was everything we had hoped for and more…the location, the size of the house was perfect. The fans and ceiling fans were needed and appreciated as they were vital to enjoying our stay. Four generations of our family came together, and the house offered many additional items which came in handy to enhancing our visit. We all enjoyed ourselves, and would love to stay at this property again!!

A group of nine of us stayed here to celebrate our 65th birthdays! The highlight of our trip was staying in this great location and wonderful house. We spent most our time enjoying the ocean which was just steps away. I was the one who found this house online and everyone was saying what a great find it was and thanking me. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. This place was awesome! Thank you!
