Real Escapes Properties è lieta di offrire Wicked Good Beach House! Questa antica casa incantatrice di East Beach con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni è a tua disposizione per l'affitto. Situato fronte palude all'angolo di Ocean Road e 2nd Street. Costruito nel 1940, questa casa è stata completamente rimodellata fino alle borchie e alla schiena. Ti stupirà nel momento in cui entri.

La camera da letto principale vanta un bagno en-suite con cabina doccia, doppio lavabo e water closet. Godetevi la parte anteriore della palude, riparata sotto il portico della camera da letto principale. Tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, piano cottura a gas, controsoffitti in quarzo, isola da cucina per 4 persone, Keurig e caffettiere standard, sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche che ti aspettano nella cucina di questo chef. Our stay at Landfall Cottage on St. Simons Island was wonderful! The house is within walking distance of East Beach/Coast Guard Beach, and we loved having a golf cart to ride into the Village.The house was beautiful, comfortable, and so thoughtfully decorated. You can definitely tell it is a well-loved home. We especially enjoyed the relaxing porch and pool area. Our family loved our stay, and we will definitely be back!

We loved our visit to St. Simons and the house was perfect for our family. We had a couple of issues as we got in but the host was fantastic to communicate with and got us sorted out quickly. We would happily go back to this home and stay in this host's property again. The beach was an easy walk for us which was great coming down with a couple of young kids and the pool was a fantastic asset to have after a hot day on the beach. Suited our needs great.

We enjoyed our stay at Landfall Cottage. It was a perfect place for our two families and our 3 dogs. It was nice to have access to the hot tub and heated pool since our weather was cooler while we visited. The home is well stocked with any kitchen appliances you might need. We also loved the short and easy walk to East Beach or easy bike ride into the Village.

We just stay for a weekend the house is clean and beautifully decorated! And the location is nice just a short walk to the beach.

Other than a problem with the batteries in the door keypads when we arrived (a problem quickly remedied), the property was very comfortable and well prepared. We liked the short walk to the beach.

Epitome of the perfect Beach House

We had a wonderful time at this homey, perfectly located house. We could easily walk to the beach, we could even hear the waves from the yard at night. The home was cozy and perfectly equipped for everything we needed! The screened in porch is a dream. Would love to stay again.

Fantastic setting for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. Dogs could be in the fenced yard while we enjoyed the pool and sun. Furnished brilliantly. All appliances/grill worked. All kitchen supplies we needed. Super close walk/bike ride to beach. Beautiful neighborhood. This is not a knock on owners of home, but rather a reminder for all of us pet owners… please clean up after your pets as you vacate a property.
