Casa a schiera di nuova costruzione a conduzione familiare in una tranquilla e rilassante campagna di 2 acri con vista sul fiume Mississippi! La nostra casa di 2500 piedi quadrati ti accoglie per il calore, il gusto e lo stile di The Driftless Area. A soli 4 miglia da Gatherings on the Ridge, a 20 minuti dal centro storico Prairie Du Chien e una breve gita al fiume. 8-10 posti letto, camera da letto matrimoniale con una regina, 2 regine e divano letto queen nel soppalco, regina in cantina, 2 bagni, bagno padronale ha vasca idromassaggio, cucina completa (pentole, padelle, piatti, tostapane, keurig, caffettiera, caffè , eccetera.) Lenzuola, asciugamani e griglia forniti. Trascorri una giornata sul fiume, organizza un'escursione a Pikes Peak, gioca a golf, Effigy Mounds o fai un giro su The Great River Road! Situato a 1 miglio al largo della Highway 35, il molo pubblico in barca in 5 minuti, e molte attrazioni da visitare. WiFi non offerto ma connessioni sicure da fare 😊
Grande tutto l'anno, escursioni, pesca, pesca sul ghiaccio, sci, motoslitta, kayak, nuoto, falò!

Mt LaCrosse è un divertente rifugio per famiglie situato a circa 45 minuti da Hypoint, visita in inverno e trascorre la giornata sulle piste 😊
   Il nostro cantiere è ancora abbastanza fangoso, la nuova costruzione in tarda autunno non ha permesso molto tempo alla nostra erba di mettere radici. Si prega di prendere nota, grazie
  Capiamo le famiglie con animali domestici, quindi stiamo cercando di adattarci a questo! I cani non sono ammessi nel soppalco o sui mobili. Per favore, tienili in una zona della casa! Ci impegniamo a mantenere la casa pulita! I gatti non sono ammessi! Gorgeous view. Lovely bluff house and overall area.

Very new and modern home with all amenities. Beautiful views and spacious yard. Great driving distance for Pike’s Peak and Effigy mounds for hiking.

Comfy house with beautiful view

The house is very well kept and had all we needed. The view was amazing and we loved trying to spot birds and barges with the telescope. Foosball was a big hit too! It was a great house and we were so grateful to have a place where our dog could stay.

Prefect getaway!

We loved this house! The view is incredible and the location was great. Far enough away from chaos, but close enough for anything you might need and plenty of things to do. The owners were absolutely on top of any questions we had. 5 stars!

Celebrate Love

I was actually unable to make it and booked it for the groom and his groomsmen. They told me that they loved the place so much that they actually took bridal photos at the location. The place is beautiful.

I used this property for my bridesmaids and I and it exceeded my expectations! It is Furnished beautifully and the communication from the homeowner was very punctual and kind. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Family reunion

The house was perfect for our family! Everything you need and more was available. We all enjoyed the basement area with games and lnenty if room to roam. Fantastic and Beautifil Home

This home is beautiful and located in a spectacular area! Sara the owner provided everything we needed for a weekend get a way! We visited the area to see the autumn colors and this home was perfect for that. The view of river from the deck is amazing. We loved it. Sara was easy to work with too. Thank you!!

Fantastic place to stay with our family! Location was great. Plenty of room for parking. We brought rangers, 4 wheeler and fishing boat. The deck had a great peaceful view. Easy to get around in the kitchen. The only thing to consider is no dishwasher. Not a problem just something to keep in mind. Would consider this house again if we visit again.

Perfect Getaway

We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Everything was perfect - from the space to the accommodations to (especially) the view. The only disappointing thing was having to check out and go back home. We loved our time at Hypoint and can't wait for the chance to return in the future. Thank you Sara for the opportunity to use your home for a few days! We made memories there that we'll remember for a long time.

Wonderful getaway! Clean & comfortable with beautiful view.

We so enjoyed our stay at this cottage. This is by far the most comfortable rental we have ever stayed at. All the appliances were top notch, and beds and linens were great. My kids were worried about no internet or cable, but that meant we had more time for games and preparing meals together. We all loved hanging out on the deck with it’s beautiful view of the river. The cottage was so well stocked, we didn’t even need to make a run to the store for things we forgot to bring, like an extension cord or scissors. We would definitely like to return, maybe next autumn to see the fall foliage.

Wonderful!

Fantastic views and beautifully decorated home. The surrounding area is just perfect to go out exploring whether it's hiking, boating, shopping, dining or finding a good brewery! And, if you don't feel like doing anything, Hypoint Loft is so comfortable, you feel like you're home. Deck is so relaxing to sit on & do nothing!!! So appreciative that we could bring our 2 dogs. Outstanding View and Amazing Home

This home was everything and more than what we expected. The deck off the back of the house has an amazing view of the river far below. We spent the first evening out on the deck watching fireflies, looking at the stars, and listening to the birds as they settled in for the night. The house was beautiful, so comfortable, and had everything we needed for our five nights. There are so many things to do within 50 miles in each direction. We went to Balltown to eat at Breitbachs, Prairie du Chien, and Fort Atkinson, IA area. We are already talking about when we can plan our next trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Time!

We absolutely loved staying in the Hypoint Loft! From the bird feeders to the great view, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our two little boys loved sleeping in the loft area, and my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck with the wonderful view! We even saw fireworks on our last night there. The fire-pit was awesome, and our boys tried their first s'mores there! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing!

Sarah and her boys came to my rescue when my car wouldn’t start! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Amazing communication, amazing suggestions and amazing views! We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone we met was very kind and helpful. I had never visited Prairie du Chien but definitely would love to return in the fall when the leaves begin turning. I can’t say enough great things about this lovely home and town. :) It was a major plus that there was great internet/wifi service so I was able to get some work done on my laptop and connect to my Netflix account on the smart TV.

Awesome Place with an AMAZING View

This is a great house with an absolutely AMAZING view. If you are staying in the are this is the place to do it. The property is spectacular and the are is beautiful. We had soooo much fun out here and were very comfortable. The owner is great to work with and very accommodating. I don't give out too many 5 Star reviews. This one earned every star!!!!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We are conveniently located right off Highway 35. The view from the deck is admirable to many. The river is always a family favorite in the summer with boating and fishing. We also have alot of ice fisherman who visit. Nearby hiking with spectacular views as well. Small shops and great eateries. You will be happy you came to explore nature in our Driftless area.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The driftless area has become known as a place to visit. While the market for rentals has increased not all of them offer a view like ours. The house has a spacious design and sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee has been the main attraction. If you are a person who loves to be on the hill with a great view, this won’t disappoint
