Questo nuovissimo stupendo spazioso 5Bed / 5Bath (En-suite) casa per le vacanze confortevole può ospitare fino a 13 ospiti. Questa bellissima casa è perfetta per un gruppo di amici o anche per un'incredibile vacanza in famiglia per un po 'di tempo in famiglia. Questa casa è completamente attrezzata e arredata con un arredamento sorprendente e professionale con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile fino ad oggi, lavatrice e asciugatrice, splendida cucina completamente attrezzata. Questa villa ha linee pulite e stile contemporaneo in tutta la villa. Lounge tutto il giorno a bordo piscina e gustare una griglia su alcuni hamburger sul ponte della piscina.

La cucina offre elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile nuovi di zecca perfetti per preparare fantastici pasti durante le vacanze. La cucina offre posti a sedere per 4 persone e la sala da pranzo formale ha posti a sedere per 8 e un'area salotto adiacente. Lo spazio vitale al piano di sotto scorre insieme ad un concetto aperto perfetto per trascorrere il tempo in famiglia. Horrible. Do not rent from this company

House was dirty. Beyond dirty when we arrived. Company did not Evan address until our second day at property even though we immediately complained. Then they wanted us to rearrange our schedules to suit their cleaners. We paid for pool heating and complained for three consecutive days before it was fixed. Turns out it was never even turned on to begin with. We were given the wrong door code to get in. Locked out for thirty minutes. Was told someone was coming to let us in and they never showed up. Sent videos that they requested and were sent back laughing emoji’s. Apparently myself and my toddlers standing in the cold was funny to them. Never ever ever rent from magic box. They are a joke!!!!!!

Pee stained mattress

The surface of the property was fine. There were some broken things around the apartment but minor overall. The carpet was matted and gross. A rug in the master to cover up stains. The biggest disappointment were two noticeable pee stains. And not just stains- they reeked. As I was laying down reading to my youngest, I got a whiff of urine. I look at the sheet and it looks yellow. Mattress pad- yellow. Mattress- yellow! And I can’t believe it wouldn’t have been noticed by cleaning staff!!!! I don’t think the sheets were even changed!!!! Which makes me doubt that any of our sheets were actually cleaned. Checked the other bed in the room and same!!! Nasty nasty nasty! We had to have our kids sleep in other places around the home. Staff did respond to my email and came and cleaned it the next day, but then we couldn’t sleep on the wet mattresses for a couple days. So basically paid for a house with 5 rooms and could only use 4. Master shower also had black mildew around it. Again- was this place truly cleaned before we arrived?!?! LocAtion was great for Disney and universal. Simple drive. Close to local grocery to do a grocery order pick up. Just super disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. Will probably check other complexes out next time

Early check in fees are ridiculously high

Only thing I disliked was the check in process...they don't allow you no early check in. Being that we traveled so far we got to the house early and wanted to check in but they're fees were too high(ridiculous) for a few hrs early check in. I can understand if the house was not vacant .

Lovely villa but in quite a busy setting

Lovely villa, clean spacious and welcoming. Downside is although it looks like there is a lot of space behind the villa it is quite close to the road and as there is lots of building work nearby there are trucks using the road quite early in the morning. Lovely facilities at the resort but food and drink is expensive so I suggest you take your own or eat at the villa.

Cool, not cool.

On arrival, everything looked nice and seemed fine. Unfortunately, the toilets wasn't clean, and when you go upstairs, the 2nd room on the right stayed hot. We wasn't allowed to adjust the temperature due to the note that was above the thermostat so we had to buy a fan for that particular room. We also were accommodated with towels but no wash clothes so we bought some. We went over to visit the property's larger pool for the kids to enjoy, and all of the other amenities. Within 10 minutes of our arrival, as we were about to enter the pool, everybody was told to exit the pool because someone had defecated in it so we went back to the house private pool. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. I also loved the decorations in the home. The kitchen had almost every piece of cooking utensils you could possibly need. That was definitely a plus for us. By the way, there's a pond across the street to your right that has a sign that reads, " No swimming, no fishing, no touching or feeding the alligators and beware of poisonous snakes." Luckily for us, we didn't see any of this and I hope no one else doesn't see this either!

The neighborhood and property was nice! I loved how the clubhouse had a variety of things to do. The house was nice and well presented. There is just a problem with receiving service out there
