Accogliente, ma spazioso con pavimenti in legno e piastrelle e camere da letto con moquette. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Seconda camera da letto ha un letto full size (futon con circa 5 "di schiuma di memoria) con un bagno che ha vasca e doccia. Grande schermo in lanai fuori dalla cucina e proiettato nella zona anteriore per sedersi e godersi il caffè del mattino.
La nostra casa ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice per il vostro uso.
Siamo in un angolo molto in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro a soli 3 miglia al largo della Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail) Situato a pochi minuti dal più vicino negozio di alimentari Walmart e Publix ea circa 5 minuti da Lowes, Home Depot, TJMax, Hobby Lobby, Panera, Starbucks, Apple Bees, ecc. Siamo situati a circa 5 miglia da Warm Mineral Springs, a circa 13-15 miglia dalle spiagge più vicine, tra cui Venice Fishing Pier, dove si trova il famoso ristorante Sharky s. Circa 22 miglia verso la spiaggia n. 1 del Nord America, Siesta Key Beach e circa 20 miglia dal faro e dalla spiaggia di Boca Grande. Siamo a circa 20 minuti da Port Charlotte Town Centre e 45 minuti da Punta Gorda's Fisherman's Village, e circa un'ora da San Pietroburgo

Lovely overall stay

This will be the second time I have completed a review for this lovely property, which had everything we could wish for. It was in a great position for shops, restaurants and walks. Beautiful home to relax in

This is a beautiful home with all of the necessities to relax and enjoy your stay. The home is in a friendly neighborhood, fenced back yard for privacy and a great covered back porch that we found ourselves lounging each morning w/our coffee. Sheila was very responsive to any of our questions and very kind.

Northport with good freeway access and quite area

30 minutes from the beach , with good transport links is a good place to start. The house is location is ok, the neighbourhood is quite quiet, we had everything we needed bar the dishwasher, lots of rules but no issues at all .

Relaxing

It was myself and my wife we come here often and aren't really concerned with having a lot of things to do. We typically just enjoy the beach and some restaurants and want to stay in a clean relaxing environment and this vrbo met all of those needs for us!

Comfortable Home in Nice Location

Many thanks to Sheila and her husband for renting their home to us. It was clean, comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed for our 6 week stay in Florida. The location was great - 5 minutes to the Legacy Trail for walks, close to Nokomis and Englewood beaches, lots of nature preserves in the area, and plenty of places to eat and shop in NorthPort and Port Charlotte. And Sheila was always in touch with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Notes, notes, notes

“Helpful”, cautionary and restriction notes all over the house, overwhelming! These are posted on the cabinets, tables, mirrors, etc., No sink disposal, Dishwasher does not work, Don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink, Ice maker problem, No light in master bathroom shower, Old tv in master bedroom, no service, Don’t open the sliding glass doors to the lanai, Many other windows and doors are not to be opened, No shoes on carpet, if carpets left dirty, you pay for cleaning the carpet, Turn the thermostat to 80 degrees when leaving the house, No access to garage (I travel with a bike, had to store it on the lanai)(car left out in polen, needed cleaned daily), No access to several other areas in house, No smoking! Two bedroom, two bathrooms, but, no guests allowed without registration, Clean sheets and towels before leaving - makes late start on departure - or pay $40 ($20 per load) to clean laundry and towels (deducted from deposit), No pets allowed, Second bedroom with futon - not really a bed, Fast internet, Clean, Nice large lanai and screened front porch, Family room tv has one hdmi port - available for roku, fire stick or any other streaming device (need extension chord to reach outlet though), Lots of board games, Safe, nice neighborhood, but, house is on a main road, Fenced in backyard, About 3.5 miles to Publix, Walgreens, McDonalds, Beef o Bradys.

It is very important that renters read through a listing before they rent. Peter admitted to me that he did not know he was renting someone's home, yet that is clearly stated in my listing. A listing will tell you you IF a garage or dish washer is available and even tell you that an "older" TV in the master bedroom is used for dvd's only. My listing clearly states 2nd bed is a full out futon with memory foam, so the renter will know before booking and the laundry fees are clearly stated. The information a home owner provides in their listing is there to inform and help you make choices. If you do not read it through, you may not be happy with your choice. Please be sure you read the House Rules and if you smoke, please don't rent a home that posts NO SMOKING . That is not fair for the renter OR the homeowner that may have allergies and wants to keep their home available to non-smokers. If you don't want to take your shoes off on carpeting, don't rent a home that lists " No Shoes On Carpeting" in the House Rules.

Easy to get to, with good access to highways if you need them.

It’s a clean, convenient house. Nice neighborhood. Located on a main road, but still pretty quiet. Within couple of miles to the warm mineral springs park. Short drive to nice beaches.

Holiday Vacation

What an outstanding property to stay at when you're vacationing around the Venice area! The home was spacious and very clean. The decor was beauriful, and the amenities available in the home were fantastic. The owners communicated with me before, during, and after my stay in their luxurious home. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place that has the comforts of home.

We do live in our home but, having 12 children and 42 grandchildren, we do travel .That leaves our home vacant to allow others to enjoy our Florida weather!! Please know that we DO adhere strictly to our rules, so we come back to our home in the same condition we leave it, and, at the same time give our guests a fully equipped home in a great location

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We bought a number of timeshares many years ago so I traveled a lot with our Homeschool and husband always said "find us a retirement home" when we headed to Florida. We found our little home in North Port and the kids and I painted and fixed it up, inside and out... a LOT of memories.
We are about 5 miles from Warm Mineral Springs and about a 25 minute drive to nearest beach. I also sell my TimeShare weeks, if there is an interest

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We are located in a quiet neighborhood and yet just minutes from major shopping and 20 min or so to the beach. Less than a two hour drive to Tampa and about a 3 hour drive to Orlando. We are a pet free and smoker free home. FULLY stocked kitchen, bed linens, towels (including beach)..usually soap and shampoo are in the showers. Any condiments in frig are to use as well as any freezer item. Usually flour and sugar is there. Whatever I leave when I travel you are free to use. Most times there is coffee to get you started.
