Snowbirds benvenuto a novembre, dicembre, gennaio, febbraio!

Casa recentemente ristrutturata con vista sulla laguna senza ostacoli. Pavimenti in vinile di lusso in legno con piastrelle nei bagni. Due camere da letto hanno letti king size e la terza ha letti a castello per quattro. Tutte le camere hanno il proprio bagno e tutte dispongono di TV con Youtube TV. Ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere da letto e soggiorno. 10 posti letto con un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Ci sono quattro balconi, due sono rivolti verso la laguna e allestiti per mangiare all'aperto e rilassarsi, e due si affacciano sulla piscina e hanno una vista da spiaggia a sbirciare. Una griglia in stile parco è disponibile per fantastiche uscite di cucina. Sala da pranzo ha un tavolo per sei e sgabelli da bar per quattro. Un lato B speculare del duplex può essere prenotato insieme per gruppi grandi fino a 20 (vedere l'elenco # 1405729). Splendida piscina di acqua salata nel cortile è privata per il duplex.

Ottima posizione, a un isolato dalla spiaggia. A soli due minuti a piedi dal ristorante Beach House Kitchen, dal S and S Seafood Market, dal Island Ice Cream and Treats e dal negozio di generi alimentari Waves. Siamo a un miglio dal ritrovo e da un sacco di ristoranti. Siamo a 7 minuti dal Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, a 15 minuti da Adventure Island. C'è molto da fare!

This was a perfect location

The property was close to the beach, walking paths, parks, restaurants. The owners were very accommodating. Communication was quick and could not ask for a more perfect setting. Everything is a short drive or not to far for site seeing and shopping. Will definitely come again.

Great Property

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 8 family members stay and it fit us perfectly. The pool in the back was such a bonus for us. We could hang out there when we didn't want to go walk around! Would stay with again.

Wonderful property, second time we have stayed. Ice cream shop and seafood store on the walk to the beach which is amazing. Pool is always very warm.

Comfortable and relaxing

A beautiful, well kept property. The place was clean and cozy with plenty of space. We spent most of our time out and about but it felt like coming back home when we did come back in. Would definitely rent again!

Awesome

The location is less than 3 minutes walk to beach. Which is grand with kids. Description of place is exact. Owners even called to check on us after some bad weather ( now that customer service). Loved the pool and plenty of beach gear there to use. Clean house and stocked with what you need. Would recommend and stay again.

Great Pool

We really enjoyed our short Fall/Winter get away at Solace 1. The pool was a highlight, it was clean and warm, perfect for the kids. The location is convenient and everything is as advertised in the picture. We appreciated how quiet the house was, one block off the main road with no noise from neighbors. The nearby beach was beautiful and an easy walk. It was a bonus to have a restaurant and small grocery store a 2 minute walk away. The owners were a pleasure to work with.

Christmas in the South

What a fabulous property, if we could give 6 stars, we would. George & Wendy go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome with the well appointed amenities & supplies that are on-site. It truly felt like a home away from home this holiday & we could not have asked for a better experience! And the pool was perfect after a quick trip to the beach to hunt for shells. Perfect location, immaculately clean, this property has everything! We will be back for sure!!

Comfortable & Relaxing & Amazing

We stayed while our daughter had a cheer competition at The Wharf. Two families shared this 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The home had everything we needed, including, a stash of coffee and sugar in the cabinets. Kitchen has some seasonings to cook with. The pool was clean and warm. The Waves store had anything you need for a quick stop. Walmart is just a mile away. Property is close to shops, food, beach. We didn't have much time to 'play' on the beach, but there were several beach toys and body boards left to use. Showers were warm. Rooms were clearn. We will be back for vacation in the near future. Amazing home.

Perfect!

Everything about this house was perfect, size, location, amenities. The owners were very responsive and helpful. This rental could not have been more perfect for our family. The location was so great, not in the busy hustle and bustle, but more like a small neighborhood, we were there for a softball tournament and was easy tonget to all the fields. Love that the beach, store and ice cream shop are steps away. The beds were so comfortable which was a pleasant surprise. TVs in every bedroom was great! Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and a balcony. Kitchen had everything needed. Everything you need was there outside as well, bikes to ride, beach chairs, wagon, pool toys....we had everything at our disposal. The pool was such a bonus, so nice to have a private pool all to ourselves. We are already talking about our next Gulf Shores vacation and we will definetly stay here again.

The PERFECT getaway and incredible hosts

House: The house is clean with great parking, storage, and plenty of room for the family to spread out. The amenities are perfect with the pool, TV options, appliances, etc. Location: This location was perfect for us. We choose to stay a bit away from the party life of spring/ fall break and this was just that. Far enough away to be quiet but close enough to get to the restaurants and stores around the "main" areas. Hosts: We can't say enough great things about our incredible hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We look forward to working with them again in the future. Negatives: If I had to pick out one thing that wasn't over the top, perfect, the pool is a bit small if you happen to have two large parties on the A/B side and both decide to visit. This was never an issue for us as we spent a couple hours in the pool each day and most of the remaining time at the beach. Overall, if you have a family or a group of responsible adults looking to enjoy a quiet, calm vacation or remote working experience, this is the place for you. With sufficient parking, reasonable distance to food, beverage, dessert and the beach, have no doubts about the home or the hosts and book today!

Great Spot for families with children

I love that there were 3 bathrooms for each room. Its about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is a small but its great for younger children. I cook so I had everything I needed to cook breakfast and dinner. If you are looking for luxury you will be disappointed as its a bit dated. Otherwise you wont be disappointed if you are looking for a roomy place that is close to the beach. I would book this spot again in the future.

This place is awesome! Very Close to the beach,restaurants and grocery store. The place is very clean. And you have a private pool. We met the owners, they are very kind and approachable. This place is magnificent! We will definitely book this place again and again!

Great Location!

Overall a great place to stay. Place was spacious, equipped with everything u need, and a great location. Pool was such an added bonus. Short walk to the beach. There is The Beach House restaurant nearby which is good along with S&S Seafood Market, and an ice cream shop. All of which were really good. The place was clean but could use a deeper cleaning to wipe down kitchen cabinets, baseboards, and window sills, Overall a great stay and would probably return! Thank You for having us!

Our stay

This property was a great set up for a family. We put the teens upstairs and we stayed downstairs. Many items were provided to use including beach chairs. This is my favorite property we have stayed at in Gulf Shores.

Happy Overall

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are so kind and easy to work with. The house is in a good location, in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was awesome for late April when the ocean was still very cold. We had a lot of fun as a family relaxing by the pool. The outdoor space though small, is very nice, the porch swing is a quant added touch. And we used it often. The sinks, tubs and toilets were very clean. My only complaint was the condition of the kitchen cabinets. We cooked often and though the overall feel of this house is clean, the kitchen cabinets had a lot of build up and food drips as did the baseboards, especially in the bathrooms. Addressing those two things would make this place 5 star all around. Overall, a great place, a great location and great hosts.

Great condo

We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, spacious, well stocked with kitchen cookware, and on a nice, quiet street not far from the beach. The heated pool was awesome! Also, the beach chairs and cart and the pool toys were a great touch! Each bedroom has an adjoining full bath so that was awesome as well. We loved it! We totally recommend.

Heated pool made the trip

The property (both sides) was perfect for our group of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids). My family stayed on one half with my parents. My two brothers and their families rented the other half. The heated pool made the trip. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a property less than 2 blocks from a beautiful white sand beach with a controlled heated pool that can be enjoyed regardless of the cool temperatures.

We chose this home because of its great location. It's in a less crowded area and is very near great restaurants and a convenience store. It holds a lot of people with room for friends and family. It also had the space for a backyard pool!
