Nuovissimo appartamento per vacanze sul lungomare 2018

Nuovissima favolosa piscina contemporanea sul lungomare a South Gulf Cove. Costruito con eccezionale qualità dai "costruttori Sullivan" Questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni è ricca di funzionalità moderne e si trova a pochi minuti da pesca, spiagge, campi da golf, ristoranti e tutte le cose favolose che offre lo stile di vita della Florida! South Gulf Cove è una comunità domestica di lusso molto bella e tranquilla con chilometri di piste ciclabili panoramiche e un bellissimo parco / area picnic a pochi passi da casa nostra.

La master suite situata sul suo lato della casa ha due lavandini con una cabina doccia romana e una grande vasca da bagno. Ha i suoi armadi e l'accesso diretto alla zona della piscina attraverso porte scorrevoli in vetro.

Le altre 2 camere da letto entrambe con letti queen size e ampi armadi si trovano sull'altro lato della casa. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto da 50 "a parete.

La moderna cucina aperta è piena di tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno. La camera familiare ha un favoloso soffitto a doppio soffitto con una TV da 65 "con soundbar e un camino a LED multicolore.

Apri gli slider al lanai e rilassati e goditi il sole della Florida o fai una nuotata nella piscina riscaldata con acqua salata e spa. Ci sono molte sedie a sdraio e chaise longue per tutti! C'è anche una grande griglia esterna per grigliate con la famiglia. Ha anche un girarrosto per lo chef a cuore.

Sedersi sul molo e guardare l'alba sorseggiando il caffè del mattino. C'è anche una zona pranzo sul molo per pranzo o cocktail notturni con gli amici che guardano il pesce saltare.

Great property

This was the best property we have ever stayed at! Beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked with pans and utensils as well as spices. We all had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely return here.

Great amenities

Great space, large kitchen very well supplied, pool and hot tub were great. There were lots of pool toys and beach toys along with beach chairs and fishing gear. Lovely place!!

This beautiful home has everything you need in a home away from home. The kitchen is beautfully designed & fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal. Luxury is appatent in every inch of the property. From the primary suite to the outdoor amenities, the finishes & furnishings are beautiful. The entire back of the house offers beautiful views if the sunset in floor to ceiling windows. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, this house offers it all: fully stocked baths, laundry, tips & info about the local area, pool toys, beach toys, bikes & kayaks. The only thing you need to bring to enjoy this wonderful home is yourself!

Family winter vacation to Florida

We enjoyed our stay. The heated pool with spa was great! And it was nice to be right on the canal. We enjoyed the beaches in Gasparilla state park. The house had beach chairs and everything we needed so we didn't have to bring it with us.

Very nice home

We stayed for the month of January 2025. The house was beautiful and the area was great for walking. When driving anywhere the traffic was always slow but that’s just Florida. The 1 drawback was the pool, it states that it’s a heated pool but it was too cold to go in it so I don’t think the heater was working.

Wonderful place

This property was great and very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults the hot tub. The arcade machine was a hit with the adults trying to compete for high score. Hosts were also very responsive. Would highly recommend the property. Thank you Ed and Nancy for opening up your place to us.

Amazing experience- Clean home- 10/10

10+ out of 10! Absolutely amazing home, vey responsive hosts and EXTREMELY accommodating given our situation. Very pleasurable experience. Clean home with plenty of amenities, supplies, state of the art utensils and cookware, all the beach equipment, and the list goes on and on. Pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Will definitely rent again. Better than the pictures!

We loved this home! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Fisherman’s Fantasea. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We especially loved coming home from a day out and about to enjoy an evening in the hot tub. We would love to stay again, if possible! Eddie was super responsive and even helped us book a fishing charter which was also a homerun. Thank you, thank you!

Not only was Edward’s property amazing and clean, it was perfect! His home is gorgeous, fully furnished, and family friendly! We highly recommend visiting this home, our kids didn’t want to go touring the town haha they begged to just stay and enjoy the home! Winter Break

You can’t go wrong with this property. It was very well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We requested a blower to tidy up the deck and garage area and the owner had Amazon deliver one! We rented the house for 34 days and enjoyed our winter break. Met several of the neighbors and everyone was inviting and friendly. The area offers a variety of activities like visiting the beaches, hiking and bike riding. We also enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. We would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful Home

As four adults, two couples we really enjoyed the home. Home was clean and cool. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t have much luck with fish in the canal. But did manage to catch a stingray. There was also a small alligator that hung out near the dock. Very enjoyable trip, just wish we had more time.

Fishing paradise review

Felt like home. very beautiful & comfortable. All except the cameras that were everywhere except bathroom & bedroom. My wife would not come out of the bedroom because she was embarrassed by her nighty as to revealing. Would not swim or get in hot tub for same reason. Overall an excellent choice except an F for privacy.

Relaxing Getaway

There are so many things I can say about this property, but I will try to summarize it in just a few sentences. The home was beautiful and well maintained and provided every amenity we needed for a comfortable getaway. We visited Englewood Beach one day while we were there and it is such a beautiful beach! Other than that, we spent the majority of our time down on the dock and we saw three alligators and multiple sea turtles. We didn’t have much luck fishing, but that didn’t stop us from spending our days on the dock and then taking a quick dip in the pool to cool off. The weather was perfect to enjoy the hot tub in the evening, which we did as well. We would certainly book this rental again in the future!

Wonderful house w/ awesome outdoor space

Property: The house was great, modern and clean. We really appreciated that it was equipped with anything and everything you can possibly need, way more than most vacation rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. We spent most of our time outside in the hot tub. It was a little chilly for the pool even with it being heated (we were there end of December & Florida was affected by the cold wave the country was having). Location: You will have to drive everywhere, but the grocery store (Publix) was very close (less than 5 minutes). For the beach, good restaurants, Punta Gorda, fun shopping, was at least 20-30 minutes away. Last thoughts: Communication was wonderful with the host! As a group of 5 adults, it was plenty big enough and nice that each bedroom kind of had its own bathroom. We had a wonderful time during the holidays at this property and would recommend if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle.

Fishermans Fantasea is Fantastic!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!!! The house is beautiful, super clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill for the week. The salt water pool is amazing and so refreshing! We spent MANY hours a day in the pool and hanging out on the lanai. There are plenty of nice pool towels as well as quality bath towels. We went to the beach a couple of times and it was nice and convenient to have the beach chairs and toys there at the house to use. A beach cart/wagon would be a great addition. I didn't have to contact Eddie for any issues, but I did message him a few times with general questions and he was super quick to respond. He is very friendly and never made me feel like I was pestering him. If the opportunity ever arises, we will stay at Fishermans Fantasea again!! If you are considering this property, go for it...you won't regret it!!!! It truly is a really nice place.
