We had an amazing time! The House was perfect for our family! Having our boat at the house was a dream! Sunset were incredible! The owners were so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this property!

We loved staying at this house. The house was in excellent condition and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved the pool and our kids caught a few fish off the dock. Shannon and Jeremy were great hosts!

One of our favorite rentals, ever. The home is exactly as it has been described in pictures and captions. The home is so clean and the host has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is deep and the lanai is the perfect place to sit and watch for wildlife in the canal. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. We felt at home very quickly. We appreciated all the extras such as nice towels, sheets and even beach towels to use during our stay. The pool and lanai was lovey and we enjoyed many afternoons there. The hosts were also very responsive if we had a question.

Our family has used VRBO for the last several years when planning our vacations, this place was by far one of the very best. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the furniture was comfortable and updated. We hung out at the pool most of the time which was beautiful and clean with updated furniture on the deck. The kitchen had everything you need with plenty of amenities to get your trip started. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location made it easy to get to local beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be booking this place again.Nancy and Dan

Beautiful Canal Home

We loved our stay. Quiet location close to beaches and restaurants. Spotless, updated home with comfortable beds had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and lanai were a great place to relax and the blue-tooth speakers outside were a nice touch. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Will stay there again if we are in the area!

Very impressed with this property. This has been our best stay and this has been the most accurate listing we have dealt with. If you can handle not being on the beach this is a quick boat ride from fine gulf water

Beautiful home with plenty of amenities

Beautiful home close to the beaches and stores my family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay here. My grandsons woke up everyday and either fished in the canal or went swimmingKitchen is well equipped if you choose to cook your meals at the house. There are plenty of linens Communication with homeowners was easy! What a beautiful home!

This home was everything we could have asked for, clean spacious, and full of amenities. Great views of the pool and the water. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Fabulous staycation!

We absolutely loved our Labor Day week staycation. The home was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We spent the majority of our time outside by the pool...even when the usual afternoon storms rolled in. The outside area has a wonderful covered area that made it quite nice to sit outside and read. The fenced in side yard made it great to let our pup out for bathroom breaks without having to put her on a leash. My husband loved the light out on the dock and the size of the fish that swam by was incredible We highly recommend this property and will be back!

Fabulous

We absolutely enjoyed every second of our stay. The communication was top notch and even included a midweek check in to make sure we had no issues or concerns. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is very well stocked to allow for cooking every meal at home if you choose. Having room to spread out and spend all day either in the pool or hanging out at the dock fishing was exceptional. We were a party of six and a dog and we never felt like we were crowded or cramped for space. The neighborhood was very quiet too. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Fantastic Stay

Can't say enough positives about our stay. Everything about the house was as listed. Access was easy, had all we needed for the two dinners we made at the house in the kitchen and for the outside grill. Extra drink fridge in garage was a surprise. Outdoor speakers by the pool were great and easy to use (going to order some for home). Enjoyed the open layout and easy access from living room to lanai and pool. Neighborhood was quiet and easy walking. Owner Shannon responded immediately to answer any questions and checked in with us just to see if we needed anything, Short driving distance to grocery store (8 min), the Cove golf course where we rented clubs and played (10 min), Fishermans Village (30 min) and Manasota Beach (30 min). Outdoor heated pool was awesome and spent a lot of time sitting by or in the pool. Would definitely book again when in the area!
